About our products

What are SARMs?

Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) are a class of investigational compounds designed to selectively bind and activate the androgen receptor in specific tissues — primarily muscle and bone — while minimizing androgenic effects in other tissues. They are studied for potential applications in muscle-wasting conditions, bone density, and hormonal research. All Chemyo SARMs are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and are not approved for human consumption.

What does “for laboratory research use only” mean?

This designation means our products are intended for use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory or scientific settings. They are not approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for human or veterinary use, and are not dietary supplements. Purchasing our products constitutes agreement to use them solely within the scope of authorized research activities. See our research use disclaimer for full details.

Are Chemyo products pharmaceutical grade?

Our products are research-grade compounds, not pharmaceutical-grade. Research-grade means our compounds meet high purity standards (typically above 99% as verified by independent third-party laboratories) and are suitable for scientific research, but they are manufactured without the full current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements that govern pharmaceutical products intended for human use.

What is the difference between a solution and a powder?

Solutions are pre-formulated at a specific concentration (for example, 10 mg/ml) in a carrier vehicle such as PEG400 or ethanol, ready for direct use in research protocols. Powders are the raw active compound in crystalline or powder form, suitable for researchers who need to prepare custom formulations, work with specific solvents, or conduct analytical reference work. Both formats are third-party tested for identity and purity. Browse our solutions and powders in the shop.

What product formats and categories do you offer?

Our catalog covers research-grade SARMs, nootropics, and metabolic reference compounds, organized into solutions, powders, value packs, and lab supplies. Solutions are supplied in 50 ml bottles — about 70% more volume than the standard 30 ml bottles common in the industry — and every bottle is induction-sealed and batch-coded.

Do your products contain the concentration stated on the label?

Yes. Every batch of Chemyo products is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories for identity, purity, and concentration. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) confirming these results are produced per batch and available. We batch-code every product so you can verify which COA applies to your specific order. Learn more about our quality control process.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is a document from an independent accredited laboratory confirming that a specific batch of a compound has been tested for identity (what it is), purity (what percentage is the active compound), and concentration (how much active compound per unit of volume or mass). Our COAs are produced by third-party ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs — not by us — to ensure objectivity. You can request the COA for your specific batch by contacting us with your batch code, or review our lab accreditation and certificates.

How should I store my products?

Storage requirements vary by product type. General guidelines:

  • Solutions: store at room temperature (15–25°C), away from direct light and heat. Keep the induction seal intact until first use.
  • Powders: store in a cool, dry location. Sensitive compounds such as NMN and 9-ME-BC should be stored at 4°C or below.
  • Always keep products sealed when not in use and minimize air exposure. Never store near solvents or reactive chemicals.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies), and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed securely and confirmed within the standard blockchain confirmation window for each currency.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. We never store your full card number on our servers. For full details, see our privacy policy.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return policy applies — see refund and returns.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. We offer volume pricing for institutional researchers, laboratories, and repeat customers purchasing in larger quantities, and you can also explore our pre-built value packs. Contact us at [email protected] with details of your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.

Shipping & delivery

What are your shipping thresholds?

We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $100, and free international shipping on orders over $275. Orders below these thresholds are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Full details are on our shipping policy page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping. International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, and tracking is provided on every order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to verify whether the compounds you are ordering are legal to import into your country before placing an order. Chemyo is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities. For shipping methods and destination details, see our shipping policy.

How do I track my order?

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can follow directly on the carrier’s website. If you need help locating your tracking details, contact us with your order number.

Quality & testing

How do you test your products?

Every Chemyo product batch is sent to an independent, accredited ISO/IEC 17025 third-party laboratory for identity verification (confirming the compound is what we say it is), purity analysis (confirming purity above 99%), and concentration verification. We do not rely on self-testing or manufacturer-provided certificates. See our quality control page and lab accreditation certificates for full details of our testing process.

Why do you use 50 ml bottles instead of 30 ml?

Our solutions are supplied in 50 ml bottles, which provide almost 70% more volume than the standard 30 ml bottles common in the industry. This gives researchers greater value per dollar, reduces the frequency of reordering during long-term studies, and minimizes the number of batch changes within a single research program — which is important for data consistency.

What does induction sealing mean?

Induction sealing uses electromagnetic induction to bond a foil seal to the bottle’s neck before the cap is applied. This creates a tamper-evident, airtight seal that protects the product from oxidation, contamination, and evaporation during storage and shipping. An intact induction seal is your assurance that the product has not been opened since leaving our facility.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our refund and returns policy page.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly, in line with our refund and returns policy.

Research use & compliance

Are your products legal?

The legal status of research compounds varies by country, state, and intended use. In the United States, the compounds we sell are not controlled substances at the federal level, but buyers are responsible for verifying their legal status in their specific jurisdiction before ordering. Our products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes and must not be used for human or veterinary consumption. See our research use disclaimer for full details.

Are these products banned by sports organizations?

Many of the compounds we sell are prohibited by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) and similar sports governing bodies. Our products are sold for laboratory research only and must not be used by athletes or in any context that would violate the rules of a sports organization. Chemyo bears no responsibility for misuse of its products.

Can I purchase products for personal use?

No. Chemyo products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human consumption and may not be used on or administered to humans or animals. By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for authorized research purposes only.
