John Fetterman is on the job in his hoodie and gym shorts in the Capitol. Then he attempts to opine on the 14th amendment. Meanwhile, Senator Feinstein doesn’t even know where she is. But the Dems will keep them no matter what because they hold the slimmest of margins. Oh a few who lust for her position are making noises.

Meanwhile it’s is a full force attack for the exit of the GOP House member Santos for expulsion without the benefit of trial and jury. The DOJ is on it. In just a few months they were able to come up with a dozen or more charges. Meanwhile four years later nothing on Hunter Biden.

Republicans reject Democratic resolution to expel Rep. George Santos from Congress

House Republicans blocked Democrats’ effort to expel scandal-plagued Rep. George Santos from Congress less than a week after the first-term Republican congressman pleaded not guilty to fraud charges.

Democrats pushed a resolution to expel Santos, but Republicans instead voted along party lines 221 to 204 to send the matter to the House Ethics Committee. Seven Democrats voted present, including several on the House Ethics panel to head off concerns of a conflict of interest.

 

Anyone recall Senator Menendez who ran into trouble in New Jersey? Of course no scalp was required and the DOJ was more than willing to accommodate.

In a shocking turnaround, the U.S. Justice Department has dropped its case against U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez.

In a court in Newark on Wednesday, federal prosecutors moved to dismiss the corruption indictment against the New Jersey Democrat after a federal judge last week acquitted Menendez and his co-defendant, Salomon Melgen, of seven of the 18 counts against them.

Both were facing a retrial after a deadlocked jury could not reach a verdict in the high-profile case in November.

Biden Admin Begs Court to Bury Bombshell Report on Dominion Voting Machines

Feinstein’s husband Richard Blum owns vote counting machine company!

Mentioned during a Fox News interview by host Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband, who she said is a significant shareholder in the company.

The company, which has about a third of the voting machine market, according to Bloomberg, has faced scrutiny in the past couple of days with voting problems reported in parts of Michigan and Georgia, although the company and local officials have discounted the idea that the software was to blame.

Dominion has customers in 28 states and Puerto Rico, including all of the battleground states where Trump and his allies are contesting and pinning their hopes on recounts after media outlets called the presidential race for Biden.

The Biden administration is urging a federal judge not to issue any form of a report about potential flaws in the Dominion Voting Systems’ equipment used in Georgia, even though both sides in a court case over the machines want at least a version of the report to get out.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg is considering releasing a redacted version of a report from J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan computer science professor, according to Just the News.

Totenberg shipped the full, unredacted report to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, which is part of the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security, and has indicated she wants to give the public a redacted version of what Halderman wrote, Just the News reported.

CISA opposes that step, even though Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger supports the report becoming public, if only to prove his argument that the report isn’t credible.

However, in a filing last week, CISA attorneys urged that the court hold off giving anything to anybody until the agency decides what should be released based on its Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.

The filing states that “premature disclosure of Dr. Halderman’s report, even in redacted form, could, in the event any vulnerabilities ultimately are identified, assist malicious actors and thereby undermine election security.”

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell accused a leading voting machine firm of stealing votes from President Trump.

Powell, the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is helping Trump’s legal effort in the 2020 election, said on Sunday that people with links to top Democrats are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit “fraud” on elections. She did not present any evidence to support her claims.

“They have invested in it for their own reasons and are using it to commit this fraud to steal votes. I think they’ve even stolen them from other Democrats in their own party who should be outraged about this also,” Powell said.

The attorney also suggested that Dominion had a hand in tilting the primaries in Joe Biden’s favor. “Bernie Sanders might very well have been the democratic candidate but they’ve stolen against whoever they wanted to steal it from,” Powell said.

Election officials in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, reported issues with voting equipment at polling places on Tuesday, prompting a response from Dominion Voting Systems saying that there was a ballot screen error regarding the viewing screen’s header.

Luzerne County Director of Elections Bob Morgan told local media that coding on the Dominion Voting Systems machines triggered the problem.

According to some voters and officials, speaking to WNEP, when Republican voters approach the machine to vote, the introduction page says, “Official Democratic Ballot.” A polling place in Kingston Township confirmed to the news outlet that it was forced to pause voting on Tuesday due to the issue.

it wasn’t all of the ballots that were being rejected. A certain type of ballot was being rejected — specifically, only Republican ballots were getting kicked back by the machines. Judge Joe Scalise said he had a rough morning with Republican ballots being rejected — and then he started hearing that it wasn’t just his precinct, but a countywide issue. According to KDKA:

Elections officials in Fayette County are working to solve a problem dealing with voting machines not accepting ballots. Numerous voters have contacted KDKA, reporting that their Republican ballots were not accepted.

The Fayette County Bureau of Elections has confirmed that precincts across the county are having issues with machines not scanning bar codes on all ballots, for both Republicans and Democrats. Hutchison Elementary School, the polling location for South Union Township’s 3rd voting district, was among those having issues on Tuesday morning.

Chris Varney, Judge of Elections says they were initially under the impression that it was a problem with all ballots, but then determined it was only a problem with Republican ballots. Varney says he was unaware of which specific precincts were dealing with the same issue, but that this same issue was happening in numerous locations across Fayette County.

The solution provided by Fayette County officials was to collect ballots from voters and store them in the back of voting machines — but not to scan any of them to ensure the process was handled in a fair manner.

We’ve heard different variations of this story ever since November 3, 2020, when voting machines seemed to switch votes from Republicans to Democrats. At the heart of the scandal during the big election were Dominion Voting Machines. Certainly they’re not at the heart of this particular voter “challenges” story as well, right?

Pompeo: ‘Something not quite right about Feinstein’

Maria Bartiromo interviewed Secretary of State Pompeo  yesterday on Sunday Morning Futures. The attention has been on Feinstein’s remarks that China is a swell guy.

 

 

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.) said that China is “growing into a respectable nation” and cautioned against holding the country accountable for its role in the worldwide coronavirus outbreak.

But the headline that should be is Pompeo alluding to China’s interference with our elected congressmen. It even gets better.

“There’s something not quite right.” 

He outs her many meetings with Iran’s foreign minister:

“You’ll recall, she meets with some frequency with Foreign Minister Zarif there too.”

Maria Bartiromo asked Pompeo about Senator Feinstein’s driver, a Chinese spy, who worked for the California senator for 20 years. This after the past week of Senator Feinstein praising the Chinese Communist regime.

 

 

Pompeo dropped the big  bomb on Feinstein and the interference  of China on U.S. elections- add the Iran foreign minister:

Not only in the United States but all across the world the threat of the Chinese Communist Party is becoming clearer and clearer… I talked at the Nixon Library about this not being a battle about China but about authoritarianism and freedom. That’s the fight America needs to be engaged on…

Maria Bartiromo: I was struck by Dianne Feinstein because didn’t she have a driver for 20 years that we ended up finding out was a Chinese spy?

Senator Feinstein caught talking to Iran on unsecure IPhone

If we thought the latest kerfuffle over Kerry’s mixing into foreign policy regarding Iran recently was a Logan problem, add the concept of Feinstein walking around congress on an unsecured line talking on her IPhone to Iranian Prime Minister Zarif.

The same Zarif that Kerry is so involved with. Keep in mind, Kerry’s daughter Vanessa is married to an Iranian national and physician. His best man at the ceremony was the son of Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. Zarif was also Kerry’s chief counterpart in the nuclear deal negotiations.

LevinTV host Mark Levin called out the hypocrisy of the Democrats after Sen. Dianne Feinstein, was caught on the phone with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif earlier Thursday, and the media said nothing.

“He’s the foreign minister to an enemy state that seeks to attack American military personnel in the Middle East, that seeks to put nuclear warheads on ICBMs so they can reach the United States. It is a terrorist regime, an Islamo-Nazi regime in Tehran, that has killed Americans, that funds Hezbollah to kill Americans, that funds Hamas to kill, and is a threat to our national security, obviously,” Levin said. “What in the hell is the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee doing talking on an iPhone around the Capitol to Javad Zarif?”

“What is it with these Democrats fronting for this Islamo-Nazi regime that wants to kill Americans and Jews in Israel? You’ve got Frankenfeinstein, you’ve got … John Kerry — or the real Frankenstein — giving aid and comfort to the enemy! It’s not enough that they released $150 billion to this regime; now they’re giving it advice, against the president of the United States. You want to talk about the Logan Act? You want to talk about collusion?”

Levin pointed out that the media, of course, has said nothing about Feinstein’s phone call.

Former Feinstein Staffer Raised $50 Million, Hired Fusion GPS And Christopher Steele After 2016 Election

What does Feinstein know, and who is putting pressure on her? Nothing would be better for her to call it a day as a Senator. Let’s connect the dots with what she did back in January 2018 when she released the 312 page GPS Fusion Report. She claimed that she felt “pressure.”

A declassified congressional report confirms prior reporting by The Federalist that Daniel Jones, a former staffer for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), hired Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele after the 2016 election to push the anti-Trump Russian collusion narrative.

According to the report, Jones, who runs an investigative outfit called the Penn Quarter Group (PQG), told the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in March of 2017 that he had retained the services of Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to “continue exposing Russian interference” in the 2016 election. Steele is the former British spy who authored the infamous unverified dossier of allegations against President Donald Trump.

The congressional report stated that Jones “planned to share the information he obtained with policymakers on Capitol Hill and with the press, and also offered to provide PQG’s entire holdings to the FBI.” That information was gleaned from an FBI interview document called an FD-302, which was prepared on March 28, 2017. Feinstein’s office did not respond to multiple requests for comment about her interactions with Jones during the course of her committee’s investigation of Fusion GPS prior to the publication of this article.More at  The Federalist

Actually this helps the GOP and puts more pressure to put the whole Russia conspiracy thing to be released to all Americans. Big backfire.

What happened to Trump’s ‘Art of the Deal’ as he caves on immigration reform

Anyone else out there as confused as I am about Trump and his position on immigration, the wall, DACA and the rest of the upcoming “Bill of Love?”  Tucker went bonkers at the beginning of the show with clips that clearly indicated that Trump had gone wobbly. Then at the end of the show, Brit Hume was brought in for a minute for his take which contradicted Tucker’s take on the whole thing. Hume claimed that “Trump was confused about what a clean DACA bill would be.”  That being the proposal by none other that traitor Feinstein. Laura Ingraham seemed happy enough with the day, exuding her relief that Trump’s mental state appeared to be A-OK as he did an open televised meeting with top leaders from both sides. With that I shut off the T.V.  From what I saw of most of the hearing, I was ready to throw in the towel. Trump appeared like an ass in my book. Glad Mark Levin felt the same way. Tucker too.

A federal judge ruled on in December 2010 that the liberal study that forced California officials to cutback on water to the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta was based on faulty science.

Despite this Barack Obama said he would veto any Congressional bill that would “reverse the progress” (drought) in the San Joaquin Valley. Investor’s reported, via HotAir:

Brazen Boxer, Feinstein reverse, Now Want Water for California Farmers

The Democrats opposed legislation the Republicans offered, and you voted down giving water to the San Joaquin Valley in favor of the Smelt. The U.S. Department of Interior announced yesterday that it is increasing water allocations for the Central Valley of California, a region that depends on these water allocations to support local agriculture and jobs. The region has recently been starved for water and as a result unemployment has soared. Not surprisingly, Cardoza and Costa had a hand in the announcement:

The president’s health care reforms are on the ropes and the San Joaquin Valley’s two blue-dog Democratic congressmen Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa have been reluctant to support the president’s reforms. So imagine everyone’s surprise when the Department of the Interior announced yesterday that it is dramatically increasing the water supply to the valley’s parched lands. And what a coincidence, now the two California congressmen who were once “undecided” are being moved over into the “yes” column:

As a vote approaches on Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover of healthcare, Code Red is now considering two supposedly “undecided” California Democrats, Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa, to now be “yes” votes.
