Democrats threats of violence, riots and uprisings include ‘Put a bullet in Donald Trump’

Let us not forget that it is the Democrats that have been agitating for the violence against society and Trump in particular. Had one member of the GOP made statements against Obama the media would not have stopped until one or more of these threatening individuals had paid a high price. Here is one for the memory.

A video circulating on social media presents a montage of threats against the United States and President Trump by Democrats and media figures.

“They’re still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump,” says one.

The video was posted on Twitter by Blaze TV reporter Elijah Schaffer.

A video that splices together clips of prominent Democrats and progressives openly calling for political unrest is now trending online as the nation continues to be gripped by violence and riots in the streets.

In its original post, the Caldron Pool account asks, “how did you think it would end?” insinuating that progressives’ calls for violence have indeed given rise to the violence now playing out in communities across the country such as Portland, Oregon; Kenosha, Wisconsin; and Chicago.

“I will go and take Trump out tonight,” said Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said: “I don’t know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country. Maybe there will be.”

New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo said, “Show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful.”

Former Attorney General Eric Holder said, “When they go low, we kick.”

An MSNBC personality said of Trump, “I’d like to punch him in the face.”

“Make no mistake, if you give power to Joe Biden, the radical left will defund police departments all across America,” Trump said in his speech at the Republican National Convention last week. “They will pass federal legislation to reduce law enforcement nationwide. They will make every city look like Democrat-run Portland, Oregon.”

What do you want America? Solution or Division?

What do you want?

by Mustang

There are essentially two models for achieving social progress: a cooperative model, suggesting that social progress is only possible when opposing sides (of an argument) are able to lay aside their differences and find ways to cooperate with one another … and a conflict model, suggesting that true progress is only achieved through clashes with opposing points of view, one of which will (in time) become dominant.

Which of these is correct?  Or, are they both correct, with the only real difference being in the speed of achieving consensus?

A large part of our problem in modern society is our inability, or our unwillingness, to engage with one another in meaningful dialogue.  Before we reach the stage of dialogue, we must first achieve a generally acceptable view of the “problem,” and its origins.  If we do not know what the problem is, or how it evolved, then we cannot hope to solve it.  Cooperation, for its own sake, demands that people relinquish their principles; that they compromise with others at the cost of their core beliefs.

There is no benefit to society in this, unless the goal of social engineering is to produce human drones incapable of rational individualism.  Likewise, conflict as a demonstration of anger or frustration produces angrier people and levels of frustration that easily lead to violence.  There is no permanent solution to social issues through violent behavior.

Our founding fathers realized that the likely result of authoritarianism would be a “pressure-cooker society,” so they provided ways in which people could demonstrate their dissatisfactions without having to resort to extremism.  One may recall the aftermath of the French Revolution, whose carnage is today memorialized and celebrated by the French nation as Bastille Day.

American founders wisely acknowledged our inalienable right to have and express an opinion, especially unpopular opinions.  They provided for the right to associate with whomever we choose.  We have a right to peacefully assemble, emphasis on the word “peacefully.”

Is it enough to express an opinion or demonstrate?  My answer is, “Not unless you have your facts right about the nature of the problem, its origins, and have identified common sense solutions.”  Otherwise, you’re part of the problem.

So, a cop with a spotty record behaves in such a way that he’s taken the life of a citizen.  Good citizen or not, this is not the kind of behavior we want from our public servants.  Obviously, the police department or city that hired this cop used poor judgment by keeping him on the payroll.  This is a matter for the citizens of that city to address, and while it may be appropriate for people on the opposite coast to demonstrate, there is nothing they can do to solve the problem within that city.

Fact: there are about 850,000 lawmen in the USA … federal, state, and local.  If only ten percent of these people are bad apples, then we do have a police problem in our country.  My guess is that the percentage of bad cops is around one percent, but even if the number is higher, it pales in comparison with the number of bad citizens who violently assault members of their own communities, including police officers.  What are we (as a society) doing about bad citizens?

Fact: we did have a civil war in this country.  The top tier issues were constitutional in nature: the right of states to govern themselves beyond the enumerated powers of the federal government, and the right of men to live free of shackles.  How shall we address this history?

We cannot change what happened.  The issue of states’ rights remains an open issue, as we have seen federal encroachment into the affairs of states.  We struggle with this today through the courts, which is an appropriate venue.  We resolved the issue of human bondage in 1863, at a great cost in human lives.

Those who endured slavery are now dead.  The number of those who remember anyone who endured slavery is miniscule.  There can be no atonement for the dead; justice was denied to them.  What we can do, and have done, is to recognize that every citizen is free to choose for themselves a pathway through life.  Whether every citizen chooses wisely is another matter.  I am not responsible for someone who unwisely pursues a dark, unfulfilling lifestyle and no amount of public demonstration will convince me otherwise.

If we are to solve problems in society, no matter whether we cooperate or conflict with one another, then we must do so within the framework of mainstream society.  If we choose not to address them from within the body of society, then we have no reasonable expectation of resolving our problems at all.

The question remains: what do you want, America?  Do you truly want solutions, or are you content with noisy, destructive, hateful rhetoric or behavior that solves nothing more than to divide our fragile society further?

2 plus 2 equals 4 only because of ‘Western Imperialism’

Brittany Marshall’s tweet went viral after she claimed during the course of a discussion about racism, “Nope the idea of 2 + 2 equaling 4 is cultural and because of western imperialism/colonization, we think of it as the only way of knowing.”

Brittany Marshall

Marshall, who includes her pronouns in her bio, lists her occupation as “teacher, scholar, social justice change agent” and apparently is studying for a PhD at Rutgers.

 wannabe math person,”

Zero Hedge

In this case, Marshall appears to be arguing that maths itself is racist, an argument that has been made by numerous social justice warriors down the years, some of whom question why ‘Western Math’ is in common use and not other methods such as the way Aborigines count (maybe because we’re western and not Aborigine).

The notion that 2+2 might not = 4 is of course lifted from George Orwell’s 1984, when the one party state was able to torture dissidents into believing it could equal 5.

Notes from clip:

This video proves that 2+2=5 (two plus two equals five) with two different methods. And you can certainly impress your maths teacher with these tricks. Although each method has a mistake but it’s your task to identify the mistake. When you show this amazing trick to your friends and teachers, they will be stunned, because it’s generally difficult to identify which step is done wrong, although it’s a simple mathematics.

Vice Mayor of Charlotte VA Wes Belamy the true racist. Mayor Signer a Soros stooge Update

UPDATE: Check out Always on Watch: Jason Kessler: Agent Provocateur?

Warning: Very offensive statements will be included in this post. I include them because I think it is necessary to appreciate and understand the characters behind what went wrong in Charlottesville. We have a Mayor who came right out of Soros’s  Center for American Progress. Worked with John Podesta. What a nice set-up. The Trump bashing is the set up to see our former black President come in on his White horse. Keep your eye out, Obama is about to emerge. Then we have to ask why would this town tolerate this nasty hateful Wes Belamy? A school teacher no less… but let’s get started.

Vice Mayor Wes Belamy of Charlottesville Virginia attending a council meeting in a Nigger-Nigga-King T-Shirt…Promoting Black Power.

Its OK for Bellamy and other Blacks to display and promote Black Power, but will send Police to stop a legally permitted Protest by White Nationalist, and then demand the President label them domestic terrorist after they were attacked by known forces of terrorism, do you not understand the insanity of how the left are playing up to this double standard of rules and laws meant only to shut down any and all opposition to them so that it creates this thick fog of chaos so they can hide and operate within. H/T:Jerico777

Here are a few of what he has to say:

CBS Censors Vice Mayor’s Anti-White Tweets in Confederate Story.

Wes Bellamy, Charlottesville’s vice mayor and an Albemarle public school teacher, is one of the leaders in the fight against the Confederate memorials. But as of December 2016, he resigned from teaching and stepped down from his seat on the Virginia Board of Education because of the criticism he’s facing for offensive tweets. Bellamy’s comments have ranged from writing, “I DON’T LIK WHIT PEOPLE,” to criticizing female teachers as “fkn a sure fire way to fk our lil boys up.”

There were racist tweets, such as his comment in 2009: “I DON’T LIK WHIT PEOPLE SO I HATE WHITE SNOW!!!!! FML!!!!” And his 2010 tweet: “I really #hate how almost 80% of the black people here talk white.”

There were inappropriate and crude tweets. The same year, he tweeted: “ALRIGHT. My phone goin ham. Lol. THERE IS A DIFF BETWEEN ASS& EATIN PUSSY!!! I repeat THERE IS A DIFF BETWEEN ASS& EATIN PUSSY!”

There were also sexist posts. “I’m all for equal opportunity..but a Female Principal with a school full of female teachers is fkn a sure fire way to fk our lil boys up smh,” he tweeted in October 2011.

Enter Michael Signer, Mayor of Charlottesville:

Check out this information about the Michael Signer, the mayor of Charlottesville:

He has worked for the Center for American Progress and worked with John Podesta on Barack Obama’s State Department Transition Team.

Check out  this list of articles that Mr. Signer has written. Just a couple:

If it is true that the Unite the Right group, a group which had a lawful permit, were forced to walk through the lines of Anti-fa so as to reach their designated assembly place, I submit that the authorities in Charlottesville were hoping for violence to break out.

And how is that the murderer’s car sat there idling for several minutes and was not noticed by the police?

Obama and the Greenies seeking massive land grab in Utah

Here we go again. Another massive land grab. Not the first or the last land grab. The latest will claim land from Utah the size of Delaware and Rhode Island combined. Over Two million acres. No doubt he is not through yet. A few of the previous grabs of millions of acres. Obama to claim half million acres today under ‘Monument act’ UPDATE .Then we have President Obama designates five new national monuments add Obama Stretches ‘Antiquities Act’ to Include Three New National . I will give you this one  With 3 California Sites, Obama Nearly Doubles Public Land

The government already owns two-thirds of the 13 Western states. This doesn’t include State and Local government ownership. Now Utah is going to lose another two million acres?

Federal1

The Antiquities Act, passed in 1906, gives the president of the United States unilateral power to designate so-called national monuments to protect historic landmarks, structures, and other objects of historic or scientific interest on federal land. The act also specifically notes that these monuments should be confined to the smallest possible area. But the exact language of the legislation doesn’t matter to radical environmentalists and their ideological allies in the Obama administration. All they care about is power, and because national monument designations do not require input from Congress or locals, they have become a favorite tactic for federal overreach.

The proposed monument in San Juan County is known as Bears Ears. It covers nearly 2 million square miles, about the size of the states of Delaware and Rhode Island combined. Does that sound like the “smallest area” needed? But this national monument designation is not about protecting antiquities, it just one part of the efforts of radical environmentalists to put as much land off limits to productive use as possible, a pattern that is repeated all across the western states.

San Juan County, Utah is the poorest county in Utah and one of the poorest counties in the United States. The large majority of the land in the county is owned by the federal government, meaning that locals already face severe limits on economic activity, hardly what a struggling county needs. Now rich, out-of-state environmentalists in San Francisco want to inflict even more pain on the citizens of San Juan County. These environmentalists are urging the Obama administration to undertake a national monument land grab that would put much of the county off limits to productive use. Oppressing poor, rural Americans so that rich, city environmentalists can pat themselves on the back? Sounds like a project the federal government will be happy to help along.

Obama to claim half million acres today under ‘Monument act’ UPDATE

UPDATE:  Done.

“I’ve preserved more than 3 million acres of public lands for future generations. And I am not finished,” Obama declared before signing a proclamation naming the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument.

Wednesday’s action marks Obama’s 12th use of the Antiquities Act to protect lands officials say deserve special treatment, and supporters are lobbying for the president to use his authority more often before he leaves office. Several Utah areas — including Cedar Mesa, the San Rafael Swell and Greater Canyonlands — have been touted as possible candidates for monument designations.

During his State of the Union speech earlier this year, Obama said he wants to work with Congress but would act on his own if it doesn’t move on this issue.

MORE AT  SALT LAKE TRIBUNE

Of all places, the announcement today will give illegals an open pathway on the border with Mexico directly to the U.S. Bundy style, the BLM moves again. Back in 2010, a leaked memo indicated Obama had his eye on 13 million acres. Some monuments larger than Rhode Island and Delaware combined. Much of it rich in gas, oil and other minerals.

President Obama on Wednesday will declare a national monument in southern New Mexico, delivering a win for environmentalists but angering ranchers and local law enforcement, who say the land restrictions will end up creating a safe haven for drug cartels to operate within the U.S.

Mr. Obama will declare about 500,000 acres as the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. About half of that land is expected to be set aside as wilderness, meaning it will be closed to vehicles and construction.

Know that this is just the beginning. From an earlier post:

Obama Eyes Western Land for National Monuments

Another 13 million acres? When is enough, enough?
 No legislation needed.
Upwards to 40 percent of the United States land is already under some form of government control or ownership — 800 million to 900 million acres out of America’s total 2.2 billion acres.A disturbing report out from Fox News this afternoon:

More than a dozen pristine landscapes, wildlife habitats and scenic rivers in 11 Western states, some larger than Rhode Island and Delaware combined, are under consideration by the Obama administration to become America’s newest National Monuments — a decision the administration can make unilaterally without local input or congressional approval.

According to internal Department of Interior documents leaked to a Utah congressman and obtained exclusively by Fox News, the mostly public lands include Arizona deserts, California mountains, Montana prairies, New Mexico forests, Washington islands and the Great Basins of Nevada and Colorado — totaling more than 13 million acres.

Many of the areas under consideration by the Obama administration are known to house rich deposits of oil and natural gas.

For a list of monuments  he has in mind go to the link here at

Fox News

Now back to the latest so called Monument announcement today:

“This is about opposing so many thousands of acres that is going to create nothing more than a pathway for criminals to get into this country to do their criminal acts,” Dona Ana County Sheriff Todd Garrison told The Washington Times in a telephone interview Monday.

The monument would cover hundreds of thousands of acres right next to the Mexican border.

Only Congress can declare a national park, which stops most land uses. But under the 1906 Antiquities Act the president has the power to declare national monuments, which offer heightened environmental protections.

BLM on the move, seizes Texas Rancher’s land. No compensation

Don’t say we didn’t warn you. In a unreported story that was dumped on Good Friday, we told you this was coming.

Obama proclaims National Park Week – highlights sticking it to us by creating ‘monuments’

Keep in mind that a so-called monument can amount to millions of acres confiscated.

During my time as President, I have been proud to build on this tradition by establishing 10 new National Monuments. These sites honor American heroes from Harriet Tubman to Cesar Chavez. They conserve the diverse wildlife and rugged landscapes that reflect our character as a people. And just as our parks nourish our spirits, they bolster our livelihoods, attracting tourists to communities across our country and bringing customers to local businesses. For every dollar we invest in our National Parks, America generates 10 dollars in economic value. (Oh Please).

BLM Seizes Texas Rancher’s Land – Without Compensation

After Breitbart Texas reported on the U.S. Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) intent to seize 90,000 acres belonging to Texas landholders along the Texas/Oklahoma line, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott questioned the BLM’s authority to take such action.

“I am about ready,” General Abbott told Breitbart Texas, “to go to the Red River and raise a ‘Come and Take It’ flag to tell the feds to stay out of Texas.”

Gen. Abbott sent a strongly-worded letter to BLM Director Neil Kornze, asking for answers to a series of questions related to the potential land grab.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart Texas, General Abbott said, “This is the latest line of attack by the Obama Administration where it seems like they have a complete disregard for the rule of law in this country …And now they’ve crossed the line quite literally by coming into the State of Texas and trying to claim Texas land as federal land. And, as the Attorney General of Texas I am not going to allow this.”

Abbott challenged the BLM director directly stating in his letter, “Nearly a century ago, the U.S. Supreme Court determined that the gradient line of the south bank of the Red River—subject to the doctrines of accretion and avulsion—was the boundary between Texas and Oklahoma. Oklahoma v. Texas, 260 U.S. 606 (1923). More recently, in 1994, the BLM stated that the Red River area was “[a] unique situation” and stated that ‘[t]he area itself cannot be defined until action by the U.S. Congress establishes the permanent state boundary between Oklahoma and Texas.’  Further, the BLM determined that one possible scenario was legislation that established the ‘south geologic cut bank as the boundary,’ which could have resulted ‘in up to 90,000 acres’ of newly delineated federal land.  But no such legislation was ever enacted.”

Bunkerville and Bundy – the real story about the fight and timeline

Mark Levin last night gave a superb explanation and history of the Bundy and Bunkerville showdown.  For anyone who really wants to understand, do take the time to listen to his explanation of how there is more than one kind of BLM land, and it was the re-classification of this land that started this mess.

In short, Levin calls it an abuse of power and believes the BLM should stop referring to the land as a conservation area and allow Bundy’s cattle to continue grazing on the land just as it has for the last 100 years or so.

He cites the Washington Post as doing a “pretty good outline” of giving the history.

Excerpts from the Washington Post, go over to the link for the full thing:

Everything you need to know about the long fight between

1989: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service lists the desert tortoise as an endangered species. A year later, its designation was changed to “threatened.”

March 1993: The Washington Post publishes a story about the federal government’s efforts to protect the desert tortoise in Nevada. Near Las Vegas, the Bureau of Land Management designated hundreds of thousands of acres of federal land for strict conservation efforts.

“Among the conservation measures required,” according to the Post’s coverage, “are the elimination of livestock grazing and strict limits on off-road vehicle use in the protected tortoise habitat. Two weeks ago, the managers of the plan completed the task of purchasing grazing privileges from cattle ranchers who formerly used BLM land.”

Many people were not impressed by the new conservation plan. “Cliven Bundy, whose family homesteaded his ranch in 1877 and who accuses the government of a ‘land grab,’ are digging in for a fight and say they will not willingly sell their grazing privileges to create another preserve.” People who use the desert to prospect for minerals and to race motorcycles and jeeps also feel shortchanged. “‘It was shoved down our throat,’ said Mark Trinko, who represents off-road vehicle users on the committee that oversees the plan.”

April 1995: The fight between the Bureau of Land Management and the ranchers who want to use the federal land without fees or oversight is growing more tense, according to a story published in USA Today.

The reason that things were ramping up? Counties were starting to challenge federal ownership of land. In 1991, Catron County in New Mexico passed an ordinance that claimed state ownership and local management of public land in the state. Thirty five counties followed suit. Nye County, Nevada, became the first to act on its legislated threat. The county commissioner bulldozed his way down a closed national forest road. Forest rangers soon followed, who the county commissioner threatened to arrest if they interfered.

At this point, Cliven Bundy had racked up $31,000 in fees for grazing on federal land without a permit. Helicopters often hover over his herd, counting up the cows so he can be fined appropriately. “They’ve taken their authority and abused it,” Bundy said. “I’m not being regulated to death anymore.”

March 18, 1996: The federal government, which owns 87 percent of the land in Nevada,  is still worried about potential violence if they try to remove illegally grazing cattle from protected land. Two more pipebombs had exploded in Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management offices in the past two years. The Justice Department has 12 lawsuits pending against Nevada cattle ranchers. A federal court in the state struck down the Nye County ordinance that caused trouble the year before. Not that ranchers took that as reason to stand down, however. One local resident told USA Today,”A single district court decision in one district doesn’t settle it. It’s just a single day in the year of a revolutionary war. We’re going to continue on with the fight.” Bundy is also continuing to graze on federal lands. “I’m still saying the state of Nevada owns that land, and the federal government has been an encroacher. I’m not moving my cattle. We have … rights.”

The BLM’s grand plan for Bunkerville and the West

What’s really spinning out of control in Bunkerville NV in particular and the West in general? An out of control government who is not satisfied with owning 50 percent of the West, and over 80 percent of Nevada. Note that it not just government-owned land that is involved in the grand design, but private land as well. Throw in the EPA land grab, and one will not recognize America.

As early as  April 16, 2012 in Who owns the West? – RenewAmerica

In recent years, the Bureau of Land Management, the Forest Service and other federal agencies that have jurisdiction over federal land have tightened regulations to the point that ranchers, such as Cliven Bundy and Kit Laney, are now a dying breed. It is nearly impossible for what once were thriving ranches to even survive. The Progressives — Democrats and environmentalists — have once again taken control of government. They blame Capitalists — Republicans and business leaders — for all the economic woes.

  Posted August 13, 2010

The document also gives a not-so-subtle clue as to the size of the land area it seeks to “protect”.

“Of the 264 million acres under BLM management, some 130-140 million acres are worthy of consideration as treasured lands. These areas, roughly equivalent in size to Colorado and Wyoming combined, are valuable for their unspoiled beauty…”

The memo was leaked by a Department of Interior official to Utah Congressman Bob Bishop.

It took Bishop months to get the document, which lays out the context for the snippets released a few months ago.

“They have clearly been dragging their feet, and they don’t want to let us know what they’re trying to do,” Bishop says.

He is especially concerned about portions of the document that recommend using the Antiquities Act “should the legislative process not prove fruitful.” The act gives the president power to designate a national monument with no public or legislative input.

Bishop’s office has release the entire BLM document titled “Treasured Landscapes” of which only pages were released a few months ago. It lays out what some consider a sweeping and detailed plan for changing the way the federal government manages land over the next 25 years.

The document lays out a sea change in the way the federal government manages land. It proposed that rather than manage individual plots of land, regardless of size, the government should consider managing entire “landscapes, ecosystems, airsheds and watersheds.”

Written in March of 2010 but still most relevant! – Leaked Memo Uncovers Obama Administration Land Grab

Senator Jim DeMint took to the pages of the Washington Post this morning to raise the alarm about a planned, 10 million acre Western land grab by the Obama administration… this morning to raise the alarm about a planned, 10 million acre Western land grab by the Obama administration.A secret administration memo has surfaced revealing plans for the federal government to seize more than 10 million acres from Montana to New Mexico, halting job- creating activities like ranching, forestry, mining and energy development. Worse, this land grab would dry up tax revenue that’s essential for funding schools, firehouses and community centers.

President Obama could enact the plans in this memo with just the stroke of a pen, without any input from the communities affected by it.

In Nevada, the Obama administration might make another monument in the Heart of the Great Basin because it, supposedly, is a “center of climate change scientific research.” Much morehere.

The leaked document lists 17 sites in 11 states that could be designated as national monuments through the federal Antiquities Act. Over 380,000 acres in Colorado are designated in the memo under the heading “Prospective Conservation Designation.

According to the memo, around 380,000 acres of BLM and private land in Colorado would be subject to a “conservation designation” under the National Monument designation of the 1906 Antiquities Act. The Vermillion Basin, northwest of Craig, and the Alpine Triangle near Ouray are listed in the memo. This designation would close the areas off to multi-use activities including, mining, hunting, grazing, oil and gas development and other recreational activities. (Note BLM and PRIVATE Land).

Past Indiscretions

President Carter used his National Monument “proclamation authority” to offset the perceived damage from the construction of the Trans Alaska pipeline.

Several past presidents have made gratuitous use of the National Monuments designation to give back-room favors to their environmentalist supporters. The law allowed Former President Clinton to single-handedly create 19 new national monuments, expand three others and prohibit recreational use over 5.9 million acres without ever consulting anyone.

He unilaterally closed the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Utah to oil and gas development, without ever consulting the public or state, local and federal officials. Prior to the designation, the 135,000 acre region was responsible for producing 65,000 barrels of oil a year. The designation even sparked a Supreme Court case.

President Jimmy Carter used the executive to lock up more land than any other president; all in the name of “conservation.” He took more than 50 million acres in Alaska despite heavy opposition from the state.More here.

Harry Reid and his long dirty fingers in the Bunkerville, NV range dispute: UPDATE

UPDATE:  Breaking: Sen. Harry Reid Behind BLM Land Grab of Bundy Ranch

The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations.

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

The first segment of the document pulled by the feds from BLM.gov.

Another BLM report entitled “Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone” (BLM Technical Note 444) reveals that Bundy’s land in question is within the “Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone and surrounding area” which is part of a broad U.S. Department of Energy program for “Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States” on land “managed” by BLM.

The second segment of the document pulled by the feds from BLM.gov.

Impound Operation Concluded

Statement from Director of the Bureau of Land Management Neil Kornze on the Cattle Gather in Nevada:As we have said from the beginning of the gather to remove illegal cattle from federal land consistent with court orders, a safe and peaceful operation is our number one priority. After one week, we have made progress in enforcing two recent court orders to remove the trespass cattle from public lands that belong to all Americans.

Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public.

We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner.

Ranching has always been an important part of our nation’s heritage and continues throughout the West on public lands that belong to all Americans. This is a matter of fairness and equity, and we remain disappointed that Cliven Bundy continues to not comply with the same laws that 16,000 public lands ranchers do every year. After 20 years and multiple court orders to remove the trespass cattle, Mr. Bundy owes the American taxpayers in excess of $1 million. The BLM will continue to work to resolve the matter administratively and judicially.

National Park Service Closure Maps and Updates

It has been reported that there were over 50 ranchers in the Bunkerville area. Now down to one. The story to be told has yet to be revealed. What is clear is that this story is more than a rancher not paying the BLM grazing fees. What we do know is that Harry Reid has his long dirty fingerprints in this story. While the Bundy family may not be the most articulate, soon we hear from others what the BLM has been doing to ranchers. You betcha. Here we go:

The son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Rory Reid, is the primary representative for ENN Energy Group, a Chinese energy company seeking to build a $5 billion solar panel plant on a 9,000-acre Clark County desert plot in Laughlin, Nevada.

ENN scored big when Clark County commissioners unanimously voted to sell the Chinese company the public land for just $4.5 million, despite the fact that it was appraised at $38.6 million.

Sen. Reid has been one of ENN’s biggest supporters, having recruited the company during a 2011 trip to China. According to Reuters, last month Sen. Reid tried to “pressure Nevada’s largest power company, NV Energy, to sign up as ENN’s first customer.”

This isn’t the first time the Reids have come under fire for alleged cronyism. In 2003, allegations emerged that Nevada industries frequently lobbied Sen. Reid through his well-connected relatives.

(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com …

Reid’s son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.

NEVADA’S LARGEST LAW FIRM

To advance the Nevada project, ENN retained the state’s largest and most prestigious law firm – Lionel Sawyer & Collins, where Rory Reid works. It is headed by Richard Bryan, a former Nevada attorney general, governor and member of the U.S. Senate.
