MINNEAPOLIS, MN. – As the Democratic National Committee (DNC) holds its annual summer meeting, party leaders and officials face a multitude of problems as they try to escape the political wilderness.

Well for starters, they might have thought twice about location location location. Minneapolis really? They brought out their old war horses with the same old tripe. Keep at it and we might just take the New Jersey governorship.

Insha Rahman, the vice president for advocacy and partnerships at the Vera Institute of Justice, made the shocking statement as she framed Trump’s Washington, DC, crime crackdown as a “huge opportunity” for the Democratic Party.

“You want to talk about the crime issues voters care about,” Rahman explained to Democrats, as she shared the results of a recent poll commissioned by Vera’s political advocacy arm, showing which types of crimes respondents believe will most impact them personally.

“Don’t take the bait because most Americans are more worried about how we are going to address mental health issues, the visible homelessness that we see on streets, and how do we deal with mental health and other issues that drive the sort of random incidents that scare all of us – that’s what you should be talking about.” …

“Don’t take the bait and talk about migrant crime or carjackings or the things that actually don’t matter to that many Americans,” Rahman said.

Power Bills Skyrocket – New Jersey to Maryland – Will it Doom Dems as “Green” Explodes

Energy prices are skyrocketing in the Mid- Atlantic thanks to the Democrat run governments and the chickens are now coming home to roost. What was clear to most intelligent thinkers is that with the Green New Deal starting to have results, the outcome was for told. So let’s hope this high cost of power bills sinks into the mid-term electorate and those who espouse the wonders of Green energy.

A power bill crisis is gripping parts of the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and is set to worsen, threatening to financially crush households as long-range forecasts point to a brutally cold winter.

The common denominator in both states? A disastrous green energy agenda, pushed by radical leftist lawmakers, is dismantling reliable and cheap fossil fuel power generation in favor of unstable solar and wind. This has unleashed a power bill armageddon on working-class and middle-class households, as well as mom-and-pop businesses, all while baseload power demand surges in the era of AI data centers.

Fox News is beginning to latch onto the power bill crisis theme, starting with coverage of New Jersey residents who are absolutely furious over exploding power bills. This new development could severely damage the state’s Democratic leaders in the upcoming elections.

Perhaps Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy’s decision to shutter the state’s nuclear and coal plants, without a one-to-one replacement for lost capacity on the grid, was a catastrophic error that is only now coming home to roost. He also prioritized offshore wind farms and other green energy projects, which have left the grid more fragile than ever. 

Let’s head three hours south down the I-95 corridor to Baltimore, Maryland, where far-left activist lawmakers, including Governor Westley Watende Omari Moore, who is being positioned for the party’s 2028 presidential run, have sparked a very similar power bill crisis. 

Cut from the same climate-crisis-cult cloth, these Democratic leaders across the Mid-Atlantic states have failed voters with disastrous green policies.

Democrats Give a Knockout Blow to Themselves During Trump Speech

The Democrats were unhappy, looking mad at the entire speech last night. Even a child who overcame cancer couldn’t lift them out of their self-centered haze. One general conclusion on X is that the party is beyond saving. A tweet that set it up:

President Trump played the Democrats perfectly. By saying at the beginning of the speech that they wouldn’t stand and clap for anything, it forced them into a position where they didn’t want to appear weak by standing after Trump said they wouldn’t. Masterfully done.

Democrats Want Biden To Get As Many Migrants Into The U.S. Before He Leaves

We have yet to hear what nonsense Biden will do in his waning days regarding migrants. Considering anything else that is possible to damage the U.S is under discussion, let’s see how far he goes with this one. Pressure is on to try to give away more student debt, no surprise here.

Temporary Protected Status is on the table, that is where the main action will no doubt be next year. Trump could end it. This was the latest scam to receive an unlimited number of illegals into the country by simply claiming it was too dangerous to live in their home country.

A few Senate Democrats are lobbying President Joe Biden to get as many migrants into the United States as possible and ensure they stay indefinitely before he leaves office and President-elect Donald Trump enters the White House.

This week, Sens. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Ben Ray Luján (D-NM), and Alex Padilla (D-CA) sent a letter to Biden asking him to reward large groups of illegal aliens and other migrants in the U.S. with immigration benefits before he exits office next month

In particular, the Senators want Biden to allow hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to extend their status for the maximum length of time that is allowed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Similarly, the Senators are asking Biden to extend and redesignate several countries for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) so that newly arrived migrants from such countries can stay in the U.S. while those already in the U.S. can stay even longer than currently granted.

…Already, the Biden administration has grown the foreign-born population by nearly seven million since January 2021 — ballooning the number of foreign nationals living in the U.S. to an unprecedented nearly 52 million.

Dems go for the ‘Weird’ – Meanwhile Trump Goes to 52% in Latest Poll

Of course it’s the Dems that are weird…. go figure why this is the winning strategy for the Dems. Calling Trump and Vance weird. So weird that Trump is leading in the latest poll:

On the good news front-

A new poll from Harvard/Harris finds Trump at 52 percent and Kamala Harris at 48. That’s with leaners. Without leaners, it’s Trump 48 and Harris 45.

This poll is full of good news for Trump but the biggest point is that 52 percent, as it indicates a majority. Trump never polled this well in 2016 or 2020.

Also, this poll was conducted after the big Democrat switcheroo, so it includes all of the free hype the media has given to Harris.

Ed Morrissey writes at Hot Air:

According to a new Harvard-Harris CAPS poll, Donald Trump leads Kamala Harris 52/48 with leaners, and 48/45 without. Harris has improved Joe Biden’s numbers on the latter, but not the former:…

Even the unsure voters are breaking toward Trump, at least somewhat. The more worrisome data for Democrats are in the charts below, however. Trump holds Republicans to the ticket better than Harris holds her own party in both formulations. In fact, her 87% without leaners should be a red flag for the DNC, suggesting strongly that the party is not as sold on The Anointing as the media claims, even with the full-court press on Kamalot!

Take a look at the indie numbers, too. Trump leads by six points without leaners — and six points with leaners. One has to wonder whether the sample tilts a bit toward the Dems based on those results plus the party loyalty numbers above. If so, Trump’s still scoring an outright majority over Harris, who’s attractiveness as a candidate is at its zenith before she’s forced to open her mouth about policy…

Biden Announces That He Will Veto Bill To Stop Noncitizens From Voting.

Biden is not concerned about winning. The fix has already been set in motion. Regardless of the true vote tally from American citizens, the corruption will insure a victory. Mysteriously, Biden will be declared the winner. It is why his loyal band are holding his hand and telling him not to quit.

House Democrats launched a united effort to vote against a Republican-backed election bill that would require voters provide proof of citizenship to cast ballots in federal elections. 

Republicans are pushing the passage of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, otherwise known as the SAVE Act, which would amend the National Voter Registration Act, and require states to obtain proof of citizenship from voters for federal elections, as well as purge noncitizens from voter rolls. 

Democratic leadership is urging its House members to vote against the bill in the lead-up to the vote, saying it would place “an extreme burden [on] countless Americans” in order to vote. 

JUST IN: The Biden regime has come out AGAINST the SAVE Act, which is a bill to ensure illegal aliens can’t vote This comes after Biden let over 10 MILLION illegals into the country Now he wants them all to vote As we’ve all been saying for YEARS, this is all part of their plan.

Arizona requires proof of citizenship to vote in state elections, but explicitly does not for federal elections.

A form from Arizona’s AHCCCS (Medicaid office) very explicitly telling folks that if their citizenship status cannot be confirmed, no worries. We’ll make sure to send you a “federal-only” ballot. . .

It should alarm every American citizen that the sitting President of the United States, who has opened our border to over 9 million illegals, just announced that he would veto our bill to prevent noncitizens from voting.

Democrats Descend Into Madness Over Supreme Court Immunity Decision

The prediction of mass extermination by Trump of his enemies fills the news cycle in mass hysteria. At first it was funny…. once again watching the Left descend into the same madness that was exhibited the morning after Trump’s victory in 2016.

Now it is not so laughable. This craziness can easily get someone killed. Worse, the Supreme court members are now targets. There is a complete disassembling of what the truth is regarding the ruling on immunity.

Here is we go:

Nobody likes to lose but leftists take indignant defeat to a whole new level.  Though they claim to “defend democracy” in their spare time, Democrats also have a tendency to abandon the democratic process when that process interferes with their intentions to remain in power.  

Case in point: The Supreme Court’s recent decision to give immunity from prosecution to Donald Trump in the case of “some official acts” taken during his tenure in office.  Leftists have responded with outrage at the 6-3 decision with much of their political hopes resting on the strategy of burying Trump in as many legal battles as possible to keep him from running for president again.  Democrats are now flooding social media and the news feeds with suggestions that the SC decision makes it possible for Joe Biden as president to eliminate the conservative competition “as a part of his official duties.”

…..The tools for legally punishing presidents already exist, including impeachment and charges of treason.  And, keep in mind, if Trump does not have immunity for previous actions as president, then neither does any other president.  How many skeletons are in the closets of men like Bill Clinton, George W. Bush or Barack Obama?

Beyond this, assassination of a political opponent or the conservative members of the Supreme Court is not recognized as an official duty of the presidency.  Democrats, as usual, take their conclusions to the dramatic extreme in order to provoke public fear through emotionally energized disinformation.  Leftists have been fantasizing publicly about murdering Trump for some time now.  However, these “theories” on how Biden could respond to the Supreme Court are not simple hypotheticals for the sake of argument, there is an element of desperation and bloodlust.

Several pundits accused the Supreme Court of being an ally to Trump, while others went as far as to suggest allowing President Joe Biden to assassinate Trump.

The Nation Justice correspondent Elie Mystal claimed Biden was able “to do the funniest thing ever,” prompting social media users to accuse him of suggesting Biden should commit lethal harm to his political opponent.
