FCC Set to Approve Sale of 220 Radio Stations to Soros

George Soros is set to take over more than 220 radio stations that reach over 165 million people just before the election. The FCC is using an “expedited” process. The FCC method never used before is approving the sale on a Commission level as opposed to the full FCC.  Earlier Soros went after 18 Spanish speaking radio stations. All and all over 40 markets are effected.  So a foreigner can now own our media?

Bunk first reported on this back in February:

Soros Set to Take Control of Second Largest Chain of Radio Stations: ‘This is Scary’

Soros loves to create chaos, and taking over the media is the perfect conduit to continue the strife here in the U.S. There was a time when when the F.C.C. would not allow the same company to own more that one media outlet in a market but those days are over. Earlier he went after 18 Spanish speaking radio stations.

The left-leaning billionaire’s Soros Fund Management has bought up $400 million of debt in Audacy — the No. 2 US radio broadcaster behind iHeartMedia with stations including New York’s WFAN and 1010 WINS, as well as Los Angeles-based KROQ, according to bankruptcy filings.

Last summer, a fund linked to Soros joined a consortium of former lenders who paid $350 million for bankrupt Vice Media — an outlet that at its peak was once valued at $6 billion.

A judge in Manhattan federal bankruptcy court ruled that Soros Fund Management and Fortress Investment Group represented the best option to take the Brooklyn-based company out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

This isn’t his first foray:

Soros bought 18 (Jun 9 2022) A major media deal supported by Democratic fundraisers to recover lost ground among Hispanics by purchasing Spanish-language radio stations around the United States is stirring up opposition in Miami, where Cuban exiles describe it as an attempt to stifle conservative and anti-Communist voices.

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr joined Dana Loesch to discuss the Soros purchase of hundreds of radio stations.

But the GOP is well on its way out of town after working a handful of days after their August break.  But now we know they know… Paging Speaker Johnson? Johnson????

Zelensky Flown by Air Force into Scranton PA to Campaign for Harris

Worth noting that Zelenskyy was flown to Pennsylvania on an U.S. Air Force C-17. The Biden-Harris administration is using military assets to fly a foreign leader into a battleground state in order to undermine their political opponents.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky visits an ammunition factory in Scranton, Pennsylvania, as part of a trip to the United States during which he will explain Kyiv’s plan to end the war. Zelensky’s visit will take in New York and Washington as he tries to secure the go ahead to use Western long range missiles on targets inside Russia, a strategy that is yet to be approved by the supplying states. So far he has been bombing with drones.

Mollie Hemmingway said it best on X

“This is an impeachable offense on the part of Biden-Harris. And dangerously reckless move on Zelensky’s part to campaign for Harris in a battleground state on U.S. taxpayer funds.”

Senator John Fetterman on Fracking ‘They’re Eating Dogs and Cats’

In a once in a lifetime interview with John Fetterman, the interviewer decided to put  Fetterman’s feet to the fire regarding a whole host of unpleasant topics. None of the questions could have been any finer that the question on fracking in Pennsylvania.

PA Sen. John Fetterman  joined Meet the Press –

Things went south for Fetterman when he was hit with some surprisingly tough questions from Welker on fracking. Welker started by noting Kamala Harris’s long history of supporting a ban on fracking, going back to her days as California Attorney General when she sued the Obama regime over it and asked why people should trust Harris now.

Instead of answering directly, Fetterman said that it was “strange” they were talking about fracking at all and started rambling about a series of issues not remotely related to the question at hand.

To Welker’s credit, she refused to let Fetterman off the hook and brought up his own flip-flop from supporting a ban on fracking before suddenly backing it just before he decided to run for Senate in 2022. Once again, Fetterman refused to answer, calling it a “gotcha” question, laughably taking Harris at her current word on fracking and bragging about his win over Dr. Oz in the Senate election.

At 5:17 we get into the good stuff on fracking.

So that is the best of the swamp today.

Sunday Respite – Autumn Equinox (Mabon) ‘She is dying’

The Autumnal Equinox. This year, according to the National Weather Service, it falls on Sept. 22, at 8:44 a.m. Eastern time.

We celebrate Mother Earth giving up her bounty to us this past year as she prepares to go into her slumber.

The Autumn Equinox divides the day and night equally, and we take a moment to pay our respects to the impending dark. We also give thanks to the waning sunlight, as we store our harvest of this year’s harvest.

Though temperatures may still be warm during the day, summer has truly come to an end. The leaves on deciduous trees have or soon will begin to turn colors and fall to the ground, and there is a chill in the evening air.

The day of the Autumnal Equinox, one of two days when the sun is located just above the Earth’s equator and day and night are roughly equal.

Today’s Sunday Respite is: Autumn Equinox. Composer: Cynthia Jordan. Album: Quiet Journey

Harris and Oprah’s Town Hall – Moving on to ‘Beats Me’ about Inflation

So much for the Harris town hall. The event was hosted by Oprah and featured a star-studded virtual line-up, including Jennifer Lopez, Chris Rock, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Ben Stiller, and Bryan Cranston.

We keep waiting for her “break through” moment when the good citizens who have not been paying attention to Harris and her long Progressive history catches on. At the very least, folks may catch on, that she can’t put together a sentence. When asked about inflation:

“In terms of both rightly having the right to have aspirations and dreams and ambitions for your family and working hard and finding that the American Dream is, for this generation & so many recently, far more elusive than it’s been, and we need to deal with that,” she said.”

What did she say?

Here we are to believe she goes to the gun range and fires a few rounds.

The internet and statements never go away.

I don’t understand why there are not ads out there with her own statements. All we have are comments by others defining who she is. It’s all out there. GOP? Anyone home?

Instead we have to focus on her drivel, hoping her word salad will cave her… 46 days… we are running out of time.

Good luck America.

Canada and France? Governments Griped as Well in Chaos

If we thought the USA and its government was the only country that was under duress, think again. Canadians have about had it or at least making noises about their freedoms, and France is not far behind with their confusion. Here first with Canada.

Embattled Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau came under even more pressure to resign on Tuesday after his Liberal Party lost a “safe seat” in Montreal to the Bloc Quebecois.

Current polling suggests Pierre Poilievre and his Conservative Party would obliterate the Liberal Party if the election were held today. The Liberals fear a vote of no confidence could knock Trudeau out of office long before the next scheduled election in October 2025.

Lametti said he was “surprise[d]” to get booted from Trudeau’s cabinet. In January 2024, Lametti announced he would resign his Montreal parliamentary seat “with some sadness,” in part because was still hurt from losing his position as justice minister, and his confidence had been shaken.

The Montreal district of LaSalle-Emard-Verdun was considered one of the safest Liberal seats in the land, handing Trudeau’s party a hefty 20-point victory as recently as 2021. When the last ballots were counted on Tuesday, however, the Liberals lost a tight three-way race to the Block Quebecois.

Montreal delivered the second cataclysmic loss to the Liberals in three months after the astounding victory by Conservative Don Stewart in Toronto. Stewart took a seat that the Liberals held for three decades, prompting a great deal of anxiety that Trudeau had become an albatross for his party.

France is having its problems too.

Macron decided to have “snap elections” in June and it all went bad after that.

Impeachment proceedings against France’s Macron pass first hurdle
The bureau of France’s National Assembly has validated an impeachment procedure brought by hard-left MPs against President Emmanuel Macron.

NFP won the most votes in snap parliamentary elections in July, though it failed to secure an outright majority.

LFI has accused Macron of carrying out an “anti-democratic coup” after he ruled out choosing its pick for prime minister, naming veteran conservative politician Michel Barnier instead.

petition, signed by more than 300,000 people, refers to Macron’s “unprecedented authoritarian drift … in the system of representative democracy”.

And that is what is going on in other’s governments swamp.

Thousands of Pagers Detonated with a Full Scale Attack on Hezbollah UPDATE: Radios Now

UPDATE 2

BREAKING: Home Solar Systems Explode in Beirut, Lebanon Following Walkie-Talkie and Pager Blasts, Officials Say

Lebanon officials are now reporting that multiple home solar energy systems have reportedly exploded in various neighborhoods across Beirut.

This attack follows closely on the heels of Tuesday’s pager blasts, which claimed the lives of 12 and left nearly 4,000 wounded in what is rapidly becoming an unparalleled security nightmare for the terrorist organization.

Second Wave of Explosions Hits Communications Devices Across Lebanon

A Hezbollah official says walkie-talkies used by the group exploded across Beirut, a day after pagers blew up.

In a second day of exploding devices, hand-held radios used by Hezbollah detonated late Wednesday afternoon across southern Lebanon and in Beirut’s southern suburbs, a security source and a witness told Reuters.

At least one of the blasts occurred near a funeral organized by the Iran-backed Hezbollah for those killed the previous day, when thousands of pagers used by the group exploded across the country, wounding many members of the terrorist group.

Hezbollah’s Al Manar TV reported explosions in multiple areas of Lebanon, which it said were caused by detonating walkie-talkies.

Update by Epoch Times  -This has not been independently confirmed.

What seems to be right out of a James Bond movie, with about 3000 thousand pagers previously packed with explosives, detonating, killing at least 9 and injuring thousands with an attack on Hezbollah. Included injured was Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon.

Back to the original story. AlJazeera brings us the latest details.

  • Hezbollah said it holds Israel “fully responsible” for pager explosions across Lebanon, which killed at least nine people and wounded 2,750 others, including a young girl. At least 200 of the wounded are in critical condition.
  • Israel declined to comment on the detonations. The simultaneous explosions came less than 24 hours after the Israeli cabinet expanded goals for the war on Gaza to include returning residents displaced by Hezbollah’s attacks in northern Israel to their homes

Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon loses one eye in pager explosions: Report

The New York Times (NYT), citing two members of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, has reported that Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amini, lost one eye and is severely injured in the other due to yesterday’s pager explosions.

The guards told the outlet that the ambassador’s injuries were more serious than initially stated and that he would be medically evacuated to Tehran for treatment.

“One of the Guards members said the pagers, including the one used by the ambassador, beeped for about 10 seconds before exploding, prompting some victims to hold the devices close to their eyes and faces to check for a message. Hence the large number of severe eye injuries,” said NYT journalist Farnaz Fassihi.

Iranian media had earlier stated that Amini was “lightly” injured from the attack.

Israel planted explosives in 5,000 Hezbollah pagers: Report

The Reuters news agency, citing informed sources, is reporting that Israel’s Mossad spy agency planted explosives inside 5,000 pagers imported by Hezbollah before the detonations on Tuesday.

The sources told Reuters that the plot appears to have been many months in the making. The beepers were brought into the country earlier this year.

Reuters quoted a senior Lebanese source as saying that the devices had been modified by Israel’s spy service “at the production level”.

“The Mossad injected a board inside of the device that has explosive material that receives a code. It’s very hard to detect it through any means. Even with any device or scanner,” the source said.

They added that 3,000 of the pagers exploded when a coded message was sent to them, simultaneously activating the explosives.

Another security source told Reuters that up to three grams of explosives were hidden in the new pagers and had gone “undetected” by Hezbollah for months.

Hillary Clinton suggests jailing Americans for posting “misinformation”

Trying to figure what is the most nonsensical action and remarks after the second attempt on killing Trump is no small task. Of course the MSM was quick to blame Trump, that is if they even acknowledged that the event even happened. Locating the story in section D, bottom right might be the best they could do.

But alas, I chose the old war horse. This after I said I would never ever post anything further on her remarks. But this one, yes, I did it.

Hillary Clinton in a Biden ...

You mean like setting up a fake “Russia dossier” to be peddled to the media in an attempt to facilitate a coup against the duly elected president? Stuff like that?

She is out on the stump once more, peddling her wares. She knows this is pure nonsense and Trump has disavowed it.

Good luck America. The best of the swamp

Here we go again…. 2nd Attempt on Trump’s Life

Will we ever know the real truth about these attempts on Trump’s life? We are still waiting for the JFK files. One thing we do know is that Homeland Security Mayorkas who for some reason has responsibility for the Secret Service doesn’t appear to have much interest in keeping the Donald alive.

Worse, this sets the stage for others to make attempts. If it is this easy to make these attempts, why not? We look like total fools, and if others thought the USA was turning into a joke, this ought to prove it.

This of course on the heels of what was said last week by Senator Blumenthal:

Trump assassination attempt “will absolutely shock the American people.” “I think the American people are going to be shocked, astonished & appalled by what we will report to them about the failures by the Secret Service in this assassination attempt on the former President.”

“I think they also ought to be appalled & astonished by the failure of the Department of Homeland Security.”

No one is shocked. Senator Blumenthal expresses shock? One can only ask why he of all people made this statement. The coverup begins. Mayorkas?

No agent has been disciplined over the failure at the Butler rally. What did happen was the Secret Service pushed an assistant director  out the door in what looks like some attempt to find a scapegoat.

Last week:

Melania Trump: “We need to uncover the Truth.

The very worst of the swamp.
