FCC Set to Approve Sale of 220 Radio Stations to Soros

George Soros is set to take over more than 220 radio stations that reach over 165 million people just before the election. The FCC is using an “expedited” process. The FCC method never used before is approving the sale on a Commission level as opposed to the full FCC.  Earlier Soros went after 18 Spanish speaking radio stations. All and all over 40 markets are effected.  So a foreigner can now own our media?

A judge in Manhattan federal bankruptcy court ruled that Soros Fund Management and Fortress Investment Group represented the best option to take the Brooklyn-based company out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

George Soros is poised to take a massive stake in the nation’s second-largest radio company, which owns more than 220 stations nationwide, according to court filings and sources close to the situation.

The left-leaning billionaire’s Soros Fund Management has bought up $400 million of debt in Audacy — the No. 2 US radio broadcaster behind iHeartMedia with stations including New York’s WFAN and 1010 WINS, as well as Los Angeles-based KROQ, according to bankruptcy filings.

One of the most important positions is up for approval. The FCC is set to pick up two new commissioners. A Marxist and Soros supported and could be deadly for what is left of media and free speech. The issue of Net Neutrality is on the line.

In addition to Alvaro Bedoya, the George Soros linked, pro-illegal immigration professor that Biden has selected as his nominee for FTC commissioner, the Biden administration also wants the pro-censorship radical Gigi Sohn to serve on the Federal Communications Committee (FCC).

With jurisdiction over internet and telecoms policy, the FCC is an increasingly important arm of the federal government. During the Trump administration, it was at the center of the President’s efforts to fight back against Big Tech censorship.

Gigi Sohn was the co-founder and CEO of the leftist advocacy group Public Knowledge, which recently called on cable and satellite providers to drop the conservative One America News Network. She doesn’t care much for Fox either. Where do they find all of these Marxists who wish to remove Free Speech?

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on September 29th did something worse than give up control of the Internet. They voted unanimously to put America’s entire broadcast industry on the fast track to a foreign takeover by Chinese, Russian or Muslim Brotherhood front corporations.

This new FCC rule gives foreign interests the long sought-after tools they need to shape U.S. public opinion and to censor the opposition.

Bush, Clinton, Obama, Soros Partner to Send Migrants into Interior

A nongovernmental organization founded by former Presidents Bush, Obama and Clinton has partnered with American Express Global Business Travel and Welcome.US to fly migrants to communities across the United States.

In Sept. 2021, the three former presidents banded together behind Miles4Migrants, a charity dedicated to donating frequent flyer miles and free flights to thousands of African refugees and their family members allowing them to settle into the interior of the U.S.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, Miles4Migrants is partnered with Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Uber, and a network of over 50 nonprofit partners including the United Nations Refugee Agency.

Members of George Soros’ Open Society Foundation also sit on the “National Welcome Council” of Welcome.US.

As Sen. Ron Johnson, R.- WI, called on Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas during a committee hearing last Tuesday, the GOP lawmaker warned the Biden administration has permitted at least 5 million illegal migrants entry to the United States interior since stealing office in early 2021, including known got-aways and unknown got-aways.

“Somewhere between 4 and 5 million people during this administration have been coming to this country, probably don’t qualify for asylum,” he continued. “What we are looking at is 22 states have populations less than 4 million people. Twenty-eight states have populations less than 5 million people, That is the magnitude of the problem.”

At dawn on April 28, 2021, four FBI agents rang my Chevy Chase, Maryland, doorbell armed with a search warrant from the Southern District of New York (SDNY) seeking evidence of a Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violation during the year 2019. Not coincidentally, in 2019, I was talking to a Ukrainian whistleblower, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, for legal representation to bring evidence to the DOJ of Biden family corruption in that country. 

Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Hunter Biden’s employer, Burisma, and whom Biden bragged he had fired, also wanted representation. Both had been denied visas by then U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch. Both had approached Rudy Giuliani for representation. However, because he was representing President Donald Trump at the time, Giuliani thought it was a conflict to represent the Ukrainians and asked me to talk with them.

After I spoke with Lutsenko, Giuliani and I made plans to travel to Kyiv in May 2019. But days before our scheduled departure, we were told there were threats against us and the U.S. Embassy would refuse to provide protection. We canceled our trip. I never represented either Ukrainian. I went on with my life.

 Then the search warrant was executed, seizing all my clients’ privileged information and all my private correspondence. The Obama-appointed judge who had approved the warrant ruled the SDNY was not limited to reviewing documents only relative to a FARA violation. He appointed a special master to protect only privileged information. My personal information had no protection.  

The SDNY repeatedly told my lawyers I was not a target of the FARA investigation. I had no client who would have required FARA registration in 2019. So, the warrant was for evidence of another person’s crime. Thus, DOJ violated its rules for obtaining evidence from a lawyer, which expect prosecutors to use the “least intrusive approach” possible. That would be a subpoena. Importantly, such request had to be approved by the Department of Justice’s Washington headquarters. Was it run by Attorney General Merrick Garland?

“Americans should be deeply concerned that this outrageous, incomprehensible anti-Israel, pro-terrorist and pro-Iran appointment indicates the dangerous direction the Biden administration is going to take against America’s greatest ally Israel and U.S.-Israel relations,” Klein said.

One veteran pro-Israel community leader expressed shock that the president decided to hire Jean-Pierre.

Appointing former Soros’s MoveOn.org spokesperson Jean-Pierre would violate Biden’s repeated key promise to the American people.

Soros issues scathing statement against Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The Chinese stock market tanked last year. Major U.S.-listed Chinese stocks are down more than 60% since last year’s all-time highs and apparently has given Soros heartburn. His love affair with China has gone off the rails. Meanwhile he is pouring millions of dollars into our elections to turn us into a failed state. Lawless D.A’s and Secretaries of State that certify state elections are his first targets. So just what is on Soros’s mind?

Zero Hedge:

The year 2022 will be a turning point where much of the world will pivot sharply in the direction of either authoritarianism and repression or openness, and events in China will play a decisive role, said billionaire financier George Soros at a virtual event hosted by the Hoover Institution think tank on Jan. 31.

“2022 will be a critical year in the history of the world. In a few days, China, the most powerful authoritarian state, will be hosting the Winter Olympics, and like Germany in 1936, it will attempt to use the spectacle to score a propaganda victory for its system of state controls,” Soros, 91, said.

But he made a clear distinction between the CCP congress and elections in open societies with democratic legitimacy. Unlike the elections in France, Hungary, or the United States, the outcome of the CCP congress is seen as a fait accompli. Xi Jinping is widely expected to gain a third term as CCP leader through heavy-handed, coercive means.

Xi’s aggressiveness on the global stage would be quite enough by itself to make 2022 a year unlike any other. Complementing this foreign policy stance is a dictatorial approach at home that has progressively undone the tentative market reforms ushered in by earlier CCP leaders, Soros noted. Economic reforms initiated by then-leader Deng Xiaoping in the 1980s invited foreigners to invest in China and fostered economic growth that spilled over, for a brief time, into the reign of the current leader, he added.

In contrast to his predecessor, Xi Jinping has brought companies firmly under state control, come down heavily in favor of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) over private companies, and generally pursued what Soros called “total control.”

“This has had disastrous consequences. In contrast to Deng, Xi Jinping is a true believer in communism. Marx and Lenin are his idols,” Soros stated.

Chinese citizens have gotten the worst of both worlds under Xi’s rule, as authoritarianism has stifled many enterprises even while troubles in the real estate sector have swelled to dangerous levels based on what Soros called an unsustainable model. It is a system based excessively on credit, where people are now forced to start paying for apartments not yet even built, and subcontractors who have not been paid are simply ceasing to work.

Fox suffers Catastrophic loss in viewership

It’s been coming. Especially after their block buster week the week before with the highest ratings ever, they crash like a rock after blowing up their election night coverage. There were lots of big hints along the way that the end of their loyal fans were getting tired of Fox network’s lean to the left. But refusing to call Florida and calling Arizona before the voters were finished voting did the trick.

The Fox News Channel crashed in ratings on Saturday, coming in a distant third place to leader CNN and second place MSNBC. In the week before Tuesday’s election Fox News averaged more than double the viewership of CNN and MSNBC.

(Note: USA Today did not report Fox’s third place numbers for Saturday night, however the NY Times’ Michael Grynbaum reported Fox only had three million viewers.)

CNN beat the TV competition in total viewers Saturday with 4.2 million (as well as leading for adults 25-54 and younger viewers 18-34), according to Nielsen. MSNBC was second with 3 million, Fox News Channel third with 1.73 million.

The AP reported last Tuesday that Fox News prime time hosts scored record ratings the week before the election and that overall Fox dominated CNN and MSNBC by more than double in viewership

…Fox News averaged 5.03 million viewers for the week, easily topping the cable networks. MSNBC had 2.36 million, ESPN had 2.15 million, CNN had 1.95 million and Hallmark had 1.56 million.

Massive election fraud is on its way – watch out for State Secretaries

Soros has been at work getting little known State office’s filled with his sycophants. We hear a lot about District Attorney offices being filled with left wing radicals. But it is the Secretaries of State that control how voting takes place and certifies elections. Here is why we need to worry.

The real deal are the State Secretary offices. Think it doesn’t matter? Look what happened with having Mark Ritchie Secretary of State in Minnesota and the Al Franken win. Who is Mark Ritchie?

The Secretary of State Project (SoSP) was established in July 2006 as an independent “527” organization devoted to helping Democrats get elected to the office of secretary-of-state in selected swing, or battleground, states.

One of the principal duties of the secretary of state is to serve as the chief election officer who certifies candidates as well as election results in his or her state.[2] The holder of this office, then, can potentially play a key role in determining the winner of a close election. Funding included George Soros. Other players were Mark Ritchie.

To establish “election protection” against similar disappointments in subsequent political races, SoSP in 2006 targeted its funding efforts on the secretary-of-state races in seven swing states: Colorado, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, and Ohio.[10]

Democrats emerged victorious in five of those seven elections, all except Colorado and Michigan. Politico.com would later characterize SoSP as “an administrative firewall” designed, “in anticipation of a photo-finish presidential election,” to protect Democrats’ “electoral interests in … the most important battleground states.”[12]

In 2008, SoSP supported Democratic secretary-of-state candidates in Missouri, Montana, Oregon and West Virginia; all four Democrats won. These results represented yet another high return on a relatively small financial investment for SoSP.

Brunner went on to make her influence felt in several significant ways two years later, during the 2008 election cycle:

  • She ruled that Ohio residents should be permitted, during the designated early-voting period extending from late September to early October, to register and vote on the very same day.[15]
  • In a separate matter, Brunner sought to effectively invalidate many of the approximately one million absentee-ballot applications that Republican presidential candidate John McCain’s campaign had issued. Each of those forms had been printed with a checkbox next to a statement affirming that the voter was a qualified elector; Brunner maintained that if an applicant failed to check the box—even if he or she signed the form—the application could be rejected. But Republicans noted that state law did not require the box to be checked as long as the voter signed the ballot. The Ohio Supreme Court subsequently overturned Brunner’s directive on grounds that it served “no vital purpose or public interest.”[16] 
  • In October 2008, Brunner refused to comply with county election-board requests that she turn over approximately 200,000 voter-registration forms in which the name did not match the driver’s license or Social Security number.[17]

Another early beneficiary of SoSP support was Democrat Mark Ritchie, who, with SoSP help in 2006, defeated a two-term incumbent Republican in the race for Minnesota secretary of state. Ritchie acknowledged his debt to SoSP when he said, “I want to thank the Secretary of State Project and its thousands of grass-roots donors for helping to push my campaign over the top.”[18] Other contributors to Ritchie’s campaign included Heather Booth, Drummond Pike, Deborah Rappaport (wife of venture capitalist Andrew Rappaport), and George Soros.

A former community organizer with close ties to ACORN,[19] Ritchie in the 1990s had been a member of the now-defunct socialist New Party.[20] Moreover, he has ideological ties to the Communist Party USA and has been described by communist Tim Wheeler as a “friend” of the Party.[21]

Detroit Absentee Ballot Chaos: ‘So Inaccurate We Can’t Even Attempt to Make Right’

Wayne County, Michigan, leaders want the Secretary of State to intervene after there was chaos while counting absentee ballots on primary election night.

The Detroit News reported:

Recorded ballot counts in 72% of Detroit’s absentee voting precincts didn’t match the number of ballots cast, spurring officials in Michigan’s largest county to ask the state to investigate ahead of a pivotal presidential election.

Without an explanation from Detroit election workers for the mismatches, the Wayne County Board of Canvassers requested this week for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office to examine the “training and processes” used in Detroit’s Aug. 4 primary, which one official described as a “perfect storm” of challenges. The board is charged with certifying election results.

Ocasio-Cortez and her relationship to George Soros

There were few of us thought that the arrival of Ocasio-Cortez came from out of the blue. Our hunch included that perhaps Soros may have had his long fingers in this special find.

After all, a media darling in no time flat. Even after making a total fool of herself with her lack of savvy about most everything, the beat goes on. Merely a primary winner, she already has been chosen for President in say 2020?

It turns out she as well as Cynthia Nixon, candidate in New York for Governor had some powerful backing including from the George Soros’ Media Consortium.

Ocasio-Cortez was a Bernie Sanders organizer.

What is a Brand New Congress?

 

Their goal was to have 400 candidates to run for Congress by last year and each of those 400 is supposed to commit to a similar far left platform including immigration reform and the abolishment of ICE.

Justice Democrats were founded in part by Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks and former Bernie people. And they are promoting not just Congressional candidates but gubernatorial candidates like Cynthia Nixon in New York.

And as Ocasio-Cortez notes in this interview after with Uygur at the ten-minute mark that BNC and the Justice Democrats were instrumental in soliciting her and then promoting her “after she left Standing Rock” which means she was among the far left pipeline protesters.

Uygur doesn’t, however, explain in the interview about his connection to the effort.

And Uygur’s Young Turks is part of the Soros Media Consortium that provided wattage for the Ocasio-Cortez campaign. According to the MRC, this provides favorable coverage to 300 million people across the globe in a month.

Oregon Governor gets Soros donation three days before refusing to send the National Guard to protect our borders

What coincidence. Three days after George Soros drops off a donation, Oregon’s Brown decides that her State’s  National Guard is staying home. No doubt just the first of many donations. Also as a reminder, Soros’s voting machines are being used in her State. So while the Left has us spinning with the Russia, Russia, Russia thing, Soros is infiltrating our election process with his voting machines. The Oregon RNC reported on Monday April 2nd, 2018, that the Oregon governor received a large donation from former Nazi collaborator and creepy billionaire George Soros –

Willamette Week is reporting that Governor Kate Brown has accepted “an unprecedented” campaign check from George Soros, a billionaire left-wing hedge-fund manager and campaign donor who resides in New York. This is Soros’ “first direct involvement” in Oregon.

“Kate Brown has consistently ignored problems facing everyday Oregonians and has instead used the office of Governor to make herself a national left-wing celebrity. Now, Brown is cashing in and taking big campaign donations from notorious leftist puppet master, billionaire George Soros,” stated Oregon Republican Chairman Bill Currier.

Three days later CNN reported –

Oregon’s governor says that if President Donald Trump asks to dispatch members of her state’s National Guard to the US southern border, she’ll “say no.” H/T: Gateway Pundit

Creepy and sinister Soros may have gifted Governor Brown to encourage her to encourage Oregon to keep his voting machines in place too. Oregon is one of 16 states that use Soros related voting machines.

Its website includes a flow-chart that describes how the company has contributed to elections in the U.S. from 2006-2015 with “57,000 voting and counting machines deployed” and “35 million voters assisted.”

Among the “case studies” that Smartmatic lists on its website as examples of its work are Venezuela, where it has been facilitating elections since 2004 when it “won a bid to provide Venezuela with a reliable voting system.”

It also lists Cook County, Illinois as another success story, when in “in 2006, Smartmatic signed what at the moment was the largest election automation contract in US history.
