Bangladesh Agricultural University boasts many international and local students, adding diversity and a global perspective to our academic community.
Programs
We are offering 9 undergraduate programs, 51 graduate programs & 45 Ph.D. programs under 45 departments, and 3 institutes. Our curriculum is designed to help the students to develop the skills required for 21st-century employment.
Tuition Fees
We provide very cost-effective tuition fees with the flexibility to pay in multiple installments, ensuring convenience and accessibility for our students
Scholarship
We make sure all our students get the help they need to complete the degree. Scholarships are available for students with excellent academic results as well as for the students who are struggling financially.

Welcome Message from the Vice-Chancellor
Welcome to Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), the nation’s premier institution for agricultural education, research, and innovation. Since our establishment in 1961, we have remained committed to our mission of advancing agricultural sciences and producing leaders in agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and food production, which are essential to the sustainable development of Bangladesh and beyond. BAU is uniquely positioned at the heart of Bangladesh’s agricultural development. Our 1200-acre campus, nestled along the scenic old Brahmaputra river, houses not only 6 dynamic faculties and 44 departments but also 2 national research institutes—Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA) and Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI).
