Institute of Biotechnology The Institute of Biotechnology at BAU was established in 2002 with the vision is to produce creative, skilled and motivated world-class biotech graduates and postgraduates who will take challenges to increase agricultural and industrial productivity with limited natural resources and ensure food and nutrition security. The mission of the Institute is to teach students about the application of technologies using living organisms or its products to manufacture industrial products, to improve plants or animals, to develop microorganisms for specific uses.
