Customizing Your Application Form

The Application Editor is where you’ll customize the form that artists complete to apply for your event. In this section, you’ll learn how to add questions, adjust settings, and organize your application to gather all the information you need.

Building Medium Categories 🎨

Medium categories are required and can be completely customized for your event. Click in an empty field and begin typing. Click Add Category to create the category.

  • If you are accepting all media, you can create a field labeled “All Medium Categories.”

  • Once artists have applied in a medium category, you will not be able to delete that category.

Creating Custom Application Questions 📝

Create custom questions for artists to complete as part of their application to your event.

  • The Description of Materials and Technique question is required for every event. You can change the character limit for this question.

Adjusting Your Media Sample Settings 💻

Use this section to adjust the number of images you require, to require a booth shot, and to change the way image thumbnails display when you're viewing the application.
