To establish this integration, you’ll need a WooCommerce product that acts as a link between WooCommerce and the Webba Booking plugin, ensuring smooth communication between the two systems.

To integrate Webba Booking with WooCommerce, follow these steps:
Part 1: Install WooCommerce Plugin:
- On your WordPress website, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for “WooCommerce” and click Install Now.
Part 2: Create a Product(-s) in WooCommerce:

- Go to WooCommerce and press “Add your products”
- Click “View more product types.” and choose “Digital product” as the product type.
- Add a title (e.g., “Booking” or the name of your service) and set the price (the price won’t appear on the booking form). Optionally you can also add a photo. The title and photo will show up in the checkout.
You can use the same WooCommerce product to connect with all the Webba Booking services. Alternatively, you can also create multiple products and assign them to different services. By creating a product for each service, it is possible to set a unique product title and image that will show up in the WooCommerce checkout.
Part 3: Note the Product Name:
- After creating the product, go to the “Products” page and locate the Product Name

Part 4: Connect WooCommerce product with the Webba Booking service:

- Go to Webba Booking Services.
- Edit a service or add a new service.
- Navigate to the Pricing tab.
- In the “Payment methods” section, select “WooCommerce” as the preferred payment method.
- In the “WooCommerce product ID” field, select the product that you want to connect your service with.
- Save your changes by clicking the “Save” button.
- Important: Repeat these steps for all the services you wish to use WooCommerce payments with.
Upon completing these steps, your customers will be seamlessly redirected to the WooCommerce cart and checkout forms to finalize the payment for their bookings. Please keep in mind that you must also select and configure WooCommerce payment gateways to enable customers to complete their payments.

How to send invoices with WooCommerce? #

To send invoices using WooCommerce start by accessing the “Orders” page in WooCommerce. If you don’t have any existing orders, you can create a new one to access the necessary settings.
For orders that have already been processed, open the relevant order from the list. On the right side of the order details, locate the “Order actions” section. Click on it and select “Email invoice/order details to the customer.” Confirm your selection by clicking the “Update” button.
By enabling this setting, customers who schedule bookings using the WooCommerce bookings option will automatically receive an invoice via email, ensuring a seamless and professional invoicing process.
