How to set up Webba Booking with the Setup Wizard? Video instructions: #

To make your setup with Webba Booking easier, we have created a step-by-step Setup Wizard.
Step 1. General Information:
- Email Address: Enter the email address where booking alerts and notifications will be sent.
- Timezone: Select your timezone. All booking times will display in this timezone.
- Currency: Choose the currency used for service pricing. You can set whether the currency symbol appears before or after prices later in General Settings.
Step 2. Setup Your First Service:
- Service Name: Enter the name of your first service.
- Service Description: Add a short description.
- Price: Set the price.
- Duration: Choose how long the appointment takes.
- Slot Frequency: Define how often appointments can start (for example, every 30 minutes means customers can book at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, etc.).
- Buffer Time: Add preparation or cleanup time between appointments.
- Minimum Advance Booking: Restrict last-minute bookings (for example, setting 120 minutes means customers can’t book within 2 hours of an appointment; 1440 equals 24 hours).
- Capacity: Set how many customers can book the same time slot.
Tip: Additional service settings (buffer times, custom fields, payment options, and categories) can be configured later in the Services page.
Step 3. General Availability
- Working Hours: Set your general working schedule.
- Closed Dates / Holidays: Add specific date ranges when you’re unavailable.

Step 4. Embed Your Booking Form
Your initial setup is complete. Copy and paste the following shortcode into any Page or Post where you want your booking form to appear:
