The Settings tab contains administrative options that control how the service appears in the calendar, its order in the booking form, and who can manage it.
1.1 Admin Calendar Color #
Choose a color to represent this service in the Webba admin calendar.
1.2 Service Priority #
Set the display order of the service in the booking form.
- Services with a lower number appear higher in the list
- Leave this field empty to use the default ordering
1.3 Who Can Manage This Service #
Select the staff members who are allowed to manage this service. Selected users will be able to:
- View the service schedule
- Access service-related information
1.4 Allow Staff to Edit Service Settings #
Enable this option to allow assigned staff members to edit this service’s settings.
- When enabled, selected staff can modify the service configuration
- When disabled, only administrators can make changes
