The General tab controls global date, time, and calendar behavior used across the booking system.
1.1 Default Time Zone #
Select the primary time zone your business operates in.
- All bookings are stored using this time zone
- Customers can still view available time slots in the time zone they select during booking
1.2 Date Format #
Choose how dates are displayed to customers in:
- The booking form
- Email notifications
- Booking details
Example formats include DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY, either inherit from WordPress default date and time settings.
1.3 Time Format #
Select how times are displayed throughout the booking system.
- You can choose a specific format (12-hour or 24-hour)
- Or select Inherit from WordPress Settings to use your site’s global time format

1.4 Week Starts On #
Choose which day the week starts on in calendars and date pickers.
- This affects how weeks are displayed in the booking form and admin calendar
- You can inherit this setting from WordPress Settings if preferred
1.5 Public Support Email #
Enter the email address that customers can use to contact you for support.
This email is displayed in the booking form sidebar, so customers know how to reach you if they need help.
1.6 Public Support Phone Number #
Enter the phone number that customers can use as a public support contact.This number is shown in the booking form sidebar alongside the support email.
