About Us
Potty Talk is an educational segment developed by Unite for HER, a national nonprofit organization that supports breast and ovarian cancer patients nationwide. Unite for HER provides education, services, and support directly to patients at no personal cost.
Our expert team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition education. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists are licensed healthcare professionals with advanced training in nutrition and digestive health. Our team works closely with members to develop tailored strategies that address their unique needs, ensuring they are getting the nutrients their bodies need – without making symptoms worse.
Mental health and gut health are deeply connected in a two-way street—it’s hard to feel good when you don’t feel well, and the gut is where most of our neurotransmitters are produced. Counseling offers a supportive space to process emotions, learn new coping strategies, and explore the mind-body connection between emotional and physical wellbeing.
