The following professionals have been thoroughly vetted by our team of medical and wellness advisors and approved to provide therapies and services through the Unite for HER Wellness Program.
To redeem your passport for services, contact a provider directly to schedule an appointment.
After your service, providers will bill Unite for HER directly. There is no cost to use your passport. Each service is redeemable for one square on your passport, unless otherwise specified. If you have additional questions about your passport or providers, please contact us directly.
