








Novacaps set out to become Europe’s premier supplement producer, grounded in the founders’ quality standards, advanced tech, and dedication. They wanted a brand that would distinguish them not only in product but also in reputation. One that would match their commitment to precision and set them apart from the typical manufacturing mold.
To help achieve this vision, I developed a comprehensive brand strategy, defining them as a brand-first, manufacturing-second, changing the name to NovaLabs, and built the brand idea “The Supplement for all Supplements”. We shaped this identity through naming, logo design, packaging, digital experiences, and a clear messaging framework that projected them as an expert, rather than just a producer. NovaLabs now positioned itself as the ideal partner for those seeking exceptional standards and a collaborative approach.
This new brand voice empowers NovaLabs to go beyond manufacturing to become a trusted ally, emphasizing expertise and partnership in every message. It reflects their ability to support clients, enabling them to bring out the full potential of their products. With this shift, NovaLabs not only set itself apart but also resonated with a market eager for a partner in innovation versus just production.
