Let’s get started with what you need to know for January 2026.
Update Your Fees to CCS
All providers must report child care fees at least twice annually – within 14 days following 30th June and 31st December each year – under section 55(1) of the Child Care Subsidy Minister’s Rules 2017.
This includes reporting no change to fees.
To update your fees by 14th January, head to CCS > Childcare Finder and ensure your fees, contact details and operational hours are correct.
The 3-Day Guarantee Has Started
Changes to how CCS entitlements are determined took effect on Monday 5th January.
These changes may have an effect on families’ future invoices, with some families getting an increase in subsidised hours, so if there is a change that you notice, it’s likely because of this.
