To celebrate Benfica's 38th league championship title, the club teamed up with web3 company Crowdclass in June 2023 to publish 1904 mystery boxes. Each box contained three digital collectibles, including (1) a 3D representation of the championship cup, (2) one of +100 exclusive video highlights and (3) one of 104 player cards with different rarity levels. Rocketfan estimates that just 83 of the 1904 NFTs available in the primary sale on Benfica's website were sold for a price of 97 USD each. The sale was open from June to August 2023 and earned 8k USD.

In July 2022, Benfica announced a collaboration with Clancy to launch an NFT video moment platform. The platform sold three packs: (1) 'Primeiro Pack' for 10 Euro, (2) 'Toque de Bola' for 50 Euro and (3) 'Top Golos' for 100 Euro. The NFTs were initially minted on a private blockchain, meaning users could only access them through the platform. As of 2024, it seems like the platform is no longer accessible and it was also not possible for users to transfer their NFTs out of the platform to a public blockchain.
