'Inmobilaria Butarque' is an innovative NFT collection, that divided the home ground pitch of CD Leganés into 10,000 parcels. Each NFT represented a parcel on the pitch, with holders of said parcel receiving rewards during the 23-24 season if certain events took place on that parcel. Numerous examples for the rewards can be found by searching for 'parcela' on CD Leganés' social media channels. A total of 8,372 NFTs were handed to supporters of the club for free. The NFTs display a cut-out parcel of the pitch with a football on top, the football is painted in different colors.

These commemorative NFTs were handed out during nine home matches of CD Leganés during the 22-23 season in cooperation with web3 platform W3 FanSports. Three NFTs were issued per match, with one each given to CD Leganés, the opposing club and W3 FanSports. The NFTs display the logo of CD Leganés on a dark background alongside match details in a light-colored font.
