These lines introduce new check_list_files and check_diff properties, but they are immediately commented out because they are not yet functional. It's generally better to avoid adding commented-out code for features that are not yet ready. This keeps the codebase cleaner and reduces potential confusion. These properties can be added when they are fully implemented and ready to be enabled, possibly in a separate pull request.
