First approve the comment.

Then, reply something like this just for the fun of it. Take a screenshot too.

Send it back to where it belongs, the Spam folder, so your readers will not fall for this enticing spam. To be honest, I also had this strong temptation to click the link. What are you looking at? I didn’t view the link. *whistles innocently*

Anyway. Banish it from the WordPress Cosmos by clicking Empty Spam.
