Add New Service #

To add a new service, go to Radius Booking → Services → Add Service. The service setup is split into three tabs: Details, Pricing, and Settings. Below covers the Details tab.

1. Details #

1.1  Basic Information (Required)

Here, input essential details that identify your service.

  • Service Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your service. 
  • Category: Select a category to organize your service (e.g., Beauty & Personal Care). 

1.2  Staff Assignment (Required)

Assign the employees who can perform this service.

  • Available Employees: Select one or more staff members from the dropdown. At least one must be assigned.

1.3  Service Settings (Optional)

  • Show Service on Site: Toggle on to make this service visible to customers on the booking form.
  • Recurring Appointments: Enable repeat bookings for this service. Choose a frequency from the dropdown (default: Disabled). Admin can choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or All. 

1.4  Description & Media (Optional)

  • Service Image: Upload a professional image for the service (recommended size: 800×600px).
  • Service Description: Write a short description to help customers understand what the service includes.

Then click on the ‘Next’ button.

2. Pricing #

This tab covers the time and cost settings for your service. It has four sections:

2.1  Duration & Price (Required)

Set how long the service takes and what it costs.

  • Duration: Choose the service length from the dropdown (e.g., 30 minutes). Required.
  • Price: Enter the base price for the service (e.g., $20.00).

2.2  Buffer Times (Optional)

Add preparation or wrap-up time around each appointment to avoid scheduling conflicts.

  • Buffer Time Before: Time needed to prepare before the appointment starts (e.g., 10 minutes).
  • Buffer Time After: Time needed to wrap up after the appointment ends (e.g., 10 minutes).

2.3  Capacity Settings (Optional)

Control how many customers can book this service at the same time.

  • Minimum Capacity: The least number of customers required for the service to run.
  • Maximum Capacity: The maximum number of customers allowed per booking slot.

2.4  Deposit Payment (Optional)

Collect an upfront deposit to secure bookings.

  • Require Deposit Payment: Toggle on to enable deposit collection.
  • Deposit Type: Choose Fixed Amount or Percentage of the total price.
  • Deposit Amount: Set the deposit value (e.g., $5).
  • Allow Full Payment Option: Toggle on to let customers pay the total amount upfront instead of just the deposit.

Click ‘Next’ to move to the ‘Settings’ tab, or ‘Back’ to return to the ‘Details’ tab.

3. Settings  #

This is the final tab when adding a service. It lets you override global booking restrictions specifically for this service.

3.1  General Settings

Fine-tune how bookings are managed for this individual service.

  • Default Appointment Status: Set the initial status for new bookings (e.g., Pending). This is what customers see right after booking. You can select Global Bookings or choose from Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, or Completed. 
  • Minimum Booking Time: Here, you can allow clients how far in advance they must book. Defaults to the global setting.
  • Minimum Cancel Time: How much notice is required before a customer can cancel. Defaults to the global setting.
  • Minimum Reschedule Time: How much notice is required before a customer can reschedule. Defaults to the global setting.
  • Booking Advance Period (days): How many days ahead customers are allowed to book (e.g., 30 days).
  • Redirect URL After Booking: Enter a URL to send customers to a custom page (e.g., a thank-you page) after a successful booking.

3.2  Payment Methods (Optional)

Select which payment methods customers can use to pay for this service. Toggle on the methods you want to accept.

  • Stripe: Accept credit and debit card payments online via Stripe.
  • PayPal: Accept payments through PayPal.
  • Cash Payment: Allow customers to pay on-site in cash. Enabled by default.

3.3  Integrations (Optional)

Connect this service with external apps to enhance the booking experience. Toggle on the integrations you need.

  • Google Calendar: Automatically create calendar events and generate meeting links for each booking.
  • Google Meet: Auto-create a Google Meet video link for every appointment.
  • Zoom: Automatically create a Zoom meeting room when a booking is confirmed.

Once all settings are configured, click ‘Create Service’ to save and publish the service. Use the ‘Back’ button to revisit the other tabs if needed.

All Services #

The All Services page gives you a complete overview of every service you have created, neatly grouped by category. From here, you can manage, edit, and organize your services without opening each one individually.

To access it, go to: Radius Booking → Services → All Services.

Page Actions

Two action buttons are available at the top right of the page:

  • + Add Service: Click this to create a brand new service. This opens the Add Service form with the three-tab setup (Details, Pricing, Settings).
  • + Add Category: Select this to create a new service category. Categories help you group related services together for better organization.

Search & Sort

  • Search Bar: Use the search box to quickly find a service by name across all categories.
  • Sort Order: Use the Name A → Z dropdown to reorder services alphabetically or by other criteria.

Service List

Services are displayed in groups under their assigned category (e.g., Fitness & Wellness, Education & Coaching). Each service entry shows:

  • Service Name: The name and short description of the service.
  • Duration: How long the service takes (e.g., 30 min, 1h).
  • Price: The base price of the service (e.g., $12.00).
  • Action Menu (⋯): Click the three-dot menu on any service to edit or delete it.

Category Actions

Each category header has its own set of action icons on the right:
