- Beloved, the call to repentance is not a call to shame, but a call back to life. God, in His mercy, is still reaching out, still knocking, still drawing hearts back to Himself. Repentance is the doorway through which we return to His loving arms. “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out” (Acts 3:19).
But we must remember: the rapture will not wait for anyone. Scripture says it will come suddenly, without warning—“in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet” (1 Corinthians 15:52). There will be no time to get ready then; the time to prepare is now. Jesus is returning for a people who are watching, waiting, and walking in holiness. “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of Man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).
Let your heart be free of anything that will hold you back. Lay aside bitterness, secret sins, compromise, and every weight. Today is the day of repentance. Today is the day of salvation. “Now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation” (2 Corinthians 6:2).
Return to the Lord while the door of grace is still open, so that when the trumpet sounds, you will rise with the redeemed and not be left behind. “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout… and the dead in Christ shall rise first” (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17).Beloved, the call to repentance is not a call to shame, but a call back to life. - its the simple truthits the simple truthYour efforts will never be “enough” for the wrong person—and that’s not your failure, that’s your awakening.
Some people only recognize your worth when you stop feeding their manipulation, when you stop shrinking to fit their expectations, and when you finally choose to live the life God intended for you.
The Bible reminds us in Galatians 1:10:
“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
Not everyone who claps for you is for you. Some applaud only while they benefit from your obedience, silence, and exhaustion. But the moment you set boundaries, seek truth, and walk in freedom, their tone changes. That shift is not a loss—it is clarity.
God never created you to be controlled, used, or emotionally drained. He created you to be free, whole, purposeful, and strong. When you finally choose yourself under God’s guidance, you don’t become selfish—you become aligned.
Proverbs 4:23 says:
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Your peace is precious. Your purpose is sacred. And your value does not decrease because someone failed to honor it. Sometimes God allows you to see the truth about people not to break you—but to release you.
Stop auditioning for rooms that were never meant to hold you. Walk boldly into the life God prepared for you. The right people won’t require you to lose yourself to keep them.
Freedom looks good on you. Keep walking.0 Comments 0 Shares 10 Views 21
- No matter how far you feel you’ve gone, Jesus is always nearer than your next breath. Returning to Him is not a journey of miles but a decision of the heart. His arms are never folded in judgment—they are stretched wide in mercy, waiting to receive you. The enemy whispers that you’ve failed too many times, but grace declares that His love has no limit. Jesus does not ask you to fix yourself before you come; He asks you to come so He can restore you. Like the father who ran to embrace the prodigal, God is running toward you even now. Return to Him, for in His presence shame is lifted, peace is restored, and your true identity shines again. Today is not too late. His door is open, His voice is calling, and His love is waiting. Trying to follow our Saviour and King;
Shaping our lives by His blessed example,
Happy, how happy, the songs that we bring.
Chorus:
How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,
Stepping in the light, stepping in the light;
How beautiful to walk in the steps of the Saviour,
Led in paths of light.
Walking in the Steps of the Saviour
Beloved, the hymn reminds us that true joy and peace come when we walk in the steps of Jesus — not just talking about Him, but following Him daily. To walk in His steps means to live as He lived: in love, humility, patience, and obedience to the Father’s will.
The world often pulls us in other directions — toward pride, self-will, or compromise — but Christ calls us to follow His example, even when the path is narrow. The light of His Word shows us the way, and His Spirit strengthens our steps.
When we walk in His steps, we reflect His light to others. Our words become kinder, our hearts softer, and our lives more peaceful. Though the journey may be hard at times, the reward is sure: one day we shall see Him, our King, and rejoice to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
So today, let this be our prayer:
> “Lord Jesus, help me to walk in Your steps — in love, in faith, and in obedience — until I see You face to faceTrying to walk in the steps of the Saviour, Trying to follow our Saviour and King; Shaping our lives by His blessed example, Happy, how happy, the songs that we bring. Text: Numbers 6:26 – “The Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”
Beloved, the word “Shalom” is more than a simple “peace be with you.” In Hebrew, Shalom means wholeness, completeness, nothing missing, nothing broken. It is the fullness of God’s blessing — peace in your mind, health in your body, harmony in your relationships, and prosperity in your path.
When Christ said, “My peace I give unto you,” He was giving us Shalom — a divine state where storms may rage around you, but cannot rule within you. True peace is not the absence of trouble; it is the presence of God in the midst of it.
So today, receive God’s Shalom. Let it calm your fears, restore your joy, and guard your heart. Speak it over your life — “Shalom in my home, Shalom in my mind, Shalom in my future.”
For where Shalom reigns, God Himself is present.

No more my feet shall go astray;
I caught a glimpse of Calvary,
And now I walk with Christ today.
My heart is fixed O! God on Thee,
My eyes are now on things above,

I'm running o'er with joy and love.
One time I wandered far away,
I did not heed the Shepherd's voice;
My heart on God is fixed today,
