A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Paladin. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent.

101) Elune’s Battalion

Bronze Drakonid Helmet, Replica Soulforge Spaulders, Gilded Cloak of the Lucent Battalion (LFR), Cuirass of the Lucent Battalion (LFR), Dreadlord’s Venombane Grips, Eco-Stabilizer’s Girdle, Legguards of the Auditbreaker, Dreadlord’s Venombane Sabatons, Overgrown Freyan Smasher, Sunsoul Bulwark
The Normal version of the Manaforge Omega Paladin set is Alliance blue, white, and gold. The Heroic version is Blood Elf red, black, and gold. The LFR version tantalizingly hints at the long-desired Night Elf Paladin race/class combination with a color scheme of dark green, purple, and silver.

Wow’s Anniversary is here again — the time of year when my characters who exist mostly for the sake of having all the things get to get levels from quick and easy XP. All of the Minor Mages who are under level 50 (the level required to get Heritage Armor; which is still most of them) are camped out at the Caverns of Time to do the Trivia Quiz daily. As I did last year, I’m also pushing a few characters a little harder with Codex of Chromie runs.

I’ve been leveling my Night Elf and (regular game) Nightborne Mages to 80 so they can go to New Silvermoon and wear fancy new Elvish fashion in Midnight; they both reached the finish line for that goal this week thanks to WoW’s Anniversary. Now I can really get going with leveling my Blood Elf Paladin and Hunter toward 80, for the same objective.

My Lightforged Draenei Mage is the only one of the first four Allied Races from Legion who doesn’t yet have her Heritage Armor. The additional tints of that armor available from Legion Remix gave me an incentive to get her to level 50. With the Anniversary XP buffs up, she zoomed through several levels by doing Dragonriding Races and other easy World Quests in the Dragon Isles this week, and will probably be able to get her Heritage Armor early next week.

During Mists Remix, I leveled a Worgen toon for the purpose of getting the Heritage Armor for that race; after the event was over and I’d done the Heritage Armor questline, I deleted the toon. I’ve felt like I ought to get my Worgen Mage leveled to 50 anyway, so once my Lightforged Draenei hits 50, I’ll start sending my Worgen through the Dragon Isles Dragonriding Races. It shouldn’t be too hard to get her to 50, since she’s already over 40.

Meanwhile, my Timerunning Nightborne Mage has almost finished collecting the raid sets that I was most interested in acquiring. I’ve also been pushing her toward completing the achievement that rewards the “Chronoscholar” title. After I’ve accomplished that, I think I’ll probably send all her Bronze and all her gold over to my Timerunning Highmountain Tauren Enhancement Shaman — and then delete her, since she wasn’t ever intended to be a permanent addition to my roster. Then I can work on getting the Timerunning Shaman, who is intended to permanently join my roster, up to level 80 and buying up the leather, mail, and plate stuff I still kinda want to get.

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Blood Elf Paladin. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent.

27) Quel’Thalas Avenger

Helm of the Light Avenger, Bronzebeard’s Ritualistic Mantle + Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Mantle, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Cloak, Sin’dorei Tunic, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Gauntlets, Judgment Belt, Sin’dorei Leggings, Judgment Sabatons, Blood Knight Maul
Although the Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial set is formally a Dwarf aesthetic, red and gold will always signify Silvermoon to me.

26) Blood Vindicator

Blood Vindicator’s Armor with Helm of Infinite Visions and The Silver Hand (upgraded, tint 4)
Naturally, my Sin’dorei Paladin needed to be the one to wear this Blood Knight-themed recolor of the HD T2 set from the 2025 Greedy Emissary event.

25) Teenage Mutant Ninja Tortollan

Vigilante’s Crimson Mask, Heroic Half Shell, Jade Warrior Pauldrons, Silithid Carapace Chestguard, Emerald Gauntlets, Thorium Belt, Plainsguard Leggings, Emerald Sabatons, Large Renaissance Katana
WTB a “Disposable Pizza Slice” from the Street Food Vendors in Undermine, plzkthx?

24) Ruby Retribution

Ferocious Gladiator’s Scaled Helm (H), Hyperion Pauldrons, Nazmani Warplate Chestpiece, Bloodforged Gauntlets, Long Crimson War Skirt, Ruby Scale Treads, Warmonger
New boots, new outfit. Quite suitable for a Silvermoon elf.

23) Aura of Radiance

Crown of Empowered Fate, Pauldrons of Winged Triumph (N), Conqueror’s Breastplate, Conqueror’s Gauntlets, Gleaming Celestial Waistguard (N), Long Sunny War Skirt, Amber Scale Treads, Thunderstrike Falchion
Kelynaera couldn’t stand being a grungy green Goblin grunt for very long. This outfit suits her much better.

22) Grungy Gearhead Green

Demonbreaker Helm, Lightsworn Spaulders, Blackened Breastplate of the Vault, Duelist’s Ivy Doublet, Backhanded Grips, Felforged Waistplate, Protective Engineer’s Leggings, Boots of Dominance, Green Clockwork Mace/Peacekeeper Blade + Green Clockwork Defender
With so many characters doing the 20th Anniversary Celebration activities, it was a cinch to get the Travelers Log completion rewards for January 2025 — the Green Clockwork arsenal.

21) Protector of the Sleigh

Ferocious Gladiator’s Scaled Helm (H), Verdant Drakonid Shoulderplates, Bloodforged Chestpiece, Gleaming Gloves of Unrelenting Justice, Felforged Waistplate, Bloodforged Legplates, Gleaming Treads of Unrelenting Justice, Sword of the Lone Victor; also shown with Cheerbringer XL, Great Candied Blade, Aegis of Yuletide
This festive kit is an update of an outfit I made for my Death Knight over a decade ago (see Death Knight #9).
The holiday weapons are shown in the Trading Post dressing room since I don’t have the Tender to spare for them, nor, to be frank, the interest in actually having them in my collection.

Several years ago, I spent rather a lot of time farming Blackwing Lair and Molten Core. I never quite got around to wearing most of the items I acquired, though, and occasionally I wondered why I’d spent all that time collecting them.
When the 20th Anniversary Celebration arrived, at first, there were only a few of the HD T2 sets that I was sure I wanted to get. Since they could be purchased, and getting the tokens to do so turned out to be relatively easy to do, I eventually acquired all of them. Because, why not? And this time, I was going to wear them!

This series of posts began because I set myself a goal to document new Transmogrification outfits in a more timely fashion. As soon as I create a new outfit, I write it up in a draft post. As the weekend approaches, I start working on taking fashion screenshots, processing them, and updating “Things my [Class] Wears” posts. On Sunday — though not every Sunday — I publish the collection of my recent efforts. Then I begin the next “Sunday on the Promenade” draft post.

Occasionally, I have ideas for themed Transmogrification collections that take several months to completely assemble. Thus, some of these outfits might get re-posted at a later date as part of such a themed Transmogrification collection.

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Paladin. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent.

100) Light’s Vanguard

Light’s Vanguard Battleplate (M) with Oathseeker & Truthguard (default, tint 4)
The art team experimented with some interesting off-the-Paladin-tropes colorations for the Antorus Paladin tier set. The Mythic version is more conventional, with white and gold, blues for Stormwind, and reds for Silvermoon.

99) Radiant Lightbringer

Radiant Lightbringer Armor (N) with The Willbreaker and Protective Barricade of the Light
The all-yellow Normal tint of the Tomb of Sargeras Paladin tier set seemed the most appropriate for a Paladin who draws her power from An’she. This sword looks great with it, and it comes from Black Temple, the source of the original version of this armor. This shield is from Wrath-Dalaran, which makes it a nice thematic as well as sartorial fit for this set because Dalaran was our home base again in Legion.

98) Viridian Highlord

Battleplate of the Highlord (H) with Talonguard Helmet and Oathseeker + Truthguard (Balance of Power, tint 2)
This vibrant green color of the Nighthold Paladin tier set was one of the things I most wanted to get from a Remix version of Legion.

97) Dazzling Shell

Greathelm of Rezan’s Bladeguard, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Mantle, Torgashell Breastplate, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Gauntlets, Kingshell Legplates, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Boots, Ancient Loa-Blessed Mace, Zulian Swirling Shield
I happened upon this red-and-gold plate armor combination while exploring ideas for Karaelia’s previous outfit; naturally, this idea needed to be used next.

96) Hyper Hyperion

Rastari Helmet, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Mantle, Gilded Cloak of the Lucent Battalion (H), Hyperion Armor, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Gauntlets, Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial Belt, Lavacrest Leggings, Harvester’s Court Slippers, Ruby Dragonflame Blade, Felstone Bulwark
Back in the day (when Transmogrification first debuted), wearing the Hyperion set was dressing to the nines; adding the Bronzebeard’s Ceremonial accessories takes it to eleven!
Although the dark brown in the shield doesn’t quite match the blacks elsewhere in the ensemble, it is dark enough to produce an overall color balance that I am pleased with.

95) The Speaker’s Bulwark

The Speaker’s Ceremonial Collection with Champions of Azeroth Tabard, Taesavir, and Northern Barrier
I like the azerite theme of this armor set, and its lovely pale blue and yellow colors. I was hoping the tabard would cover the ram head on the chestpiece, since that’s not very Tauren, but of course it doesn’t because it is dimensional.

94) Hallowfall Judgment

Eternal Judgment Armor with Expeditionary Arathi Attire, Ferocious Gladiator’s Scaled Helm (H), Wild Gladiator’s Mageblade (H), and Algari Shield
Given the coordinating colors of these ensembles, this was a combo that just had to happen.

93) Mu’sha’s Cold Brilliance

Moonlit Burden of Unrelenting Justice with Coldflame Winged Crown, Halo of the Harmonious, Lurker’s Girdle, Coldflame’s Edge, and Coldflame Bulwark
This seemed like the obvious thing to do with the 20th Anniversary accessory set.

92) Eternal Judgment

Eternal Judgment Armor with Ferocious Gladiator’s Scaled Helm (H), Saber of the Gold Hoarder, and Kite of the Holy Avenger
The WoW’s 20th Anniversary Celebration in 2024 brought high-definition updates of the beloved Classic Tier 2 sets. These could be acquired with event-specific currency that was easy to get, so presently I acquired them all.

91) Shining Shieldmaiden

Valhalas Ceremonial Armor with Ferocious Gladiator’s Scaled Helm (H), High Priestess’s Ceremonial Drape, Tyrhold Shortsword, and Aegis of Tyrhold
This armor, which became available to players through Time Rifts in Dragonflight, was originally an NPC-unique recolor, worn by the Valkyra Aspirants at Skold-Ashil in Legion, of the Dragon Soul Paladin Tier set from Cataclysm.
During the Patch 10.2 questline to liberate the Thorognir from Odyn, Vyranoth persuaded Eyir to stand aside. I hope that sometime later (maybe in The Last Titan?) we’ll get the opportunity to release Eyir, the Valkyra, and the Val’kyr from Odyn’s thrall as well.

Coming this fall to the Trading Post: Class-specific armor and weapon sets!

The catch, though, is that the armor sets are 450 Tender each, and the weapon sets are 500 Tender each, and one can only gain 1000 Tender each month. So, one armor set and one weapon set with 50 to bank for the next month, two armor sets with 100 to bank for the next month, or two weapon sets with nothing left over to bank for the next month.

Let’s take a look at the offerings. What do I want to get NAO, what do I want to hope comes around again next fall, and what’s a no-thanks?

Overall, stylistically a lot of the armor sets have resonances with previous favorite armor sets, and a lot of the weapon sets have resonances with Artifact weapon designs.

September
Paladin: armor set coloration is definitely chosen to coordinate with the Classic Judgment set, while the weapon set coloration is very Draenei (or the Burning Crusade recolor of the Judgment set); I’d go for both if my Paladin were a higher priority character in my roster, but since I want to save Tender for other stuff in later months, they will have to be a pass for now.
Priest: armor set is a definite NOPE since I don’t lean Shadow/Void aesthetic at all, from the weapon set the mace and book are nice but the staff is a nope; armor set is a hard pass, weapon set is a maybe later.
Rogue: armor set is a maybe later, cuz those shoulders would definitely look cool on my Pirate Ninja Tauren Outlaw; weapon set is a nope cuz my Rogues go for sleek instead of spikes on their blades.

October
Death Knight: nope, nope; the shoulders on the armor set are maybe okay but the rest is still outside how far I’m willing to go even when I do lean into the DK aesthetic for a DK Mog.
Demon Hunter: nope, nope; just not my aesthetic at all
Druid: armor set is a maybe later; weapon set is a YES PLEASE. Well, actually, I think the dagger looks kinda silly with the vines and leaves wrapped around it, but the two staves look awesome.

November
Warlock: nope, nope; just not my thing even when I do lean into the Warlock aesthetic for a Warlock Mog.
Monk: armor set is a maybe later; weapon set is a YES PLEASE. So pretty that I must have even though my Monk is a lower priority character on my roster right now. I love that the Brewmaster staff has both a teapot and a keg!
Warrior: like the Paladin armor set, the Warrior armor set is a maybe later; from the weapon set, I like the shield and the 1H sword but the 2H sword is not my jam, and it is also a maybe later.

December
Evoker: actually, I rather like both of these sets, but since I am not grooving with my Evoker — I do like to get each new class to the max level for the expansion in which it is introduced during that expansion, but that will probably not happen for my Evoker until the end-of-expansion lull — I would rather spend my Tenders on the other sets available this month.
Hunter: like the Evoker, these are both decent sets but I have to tag them as maybe later due to them sharing the month with two of my Big Three classes.
Mage: YES, YES; I think I might even have to wear the hat of this set to get the full three floating orbs look (a la Kael’thas), I’m not actually all that keen on the sword from the weapon set but the staff and off-hand are great.
Shaman: YES, YES; I can totally see Kamalia wearing that armor, and I really just want the shield from the weapon set because it has a great Shu’halo sort of look.

So, I’ll need to have 500 Tender to spend in October and 500 Tender to spend in November and somehow still have 1900 Tender available to spend by the end of December. Oh, and let’s not forget about the Medivh-inspired Guardian items that will be coming to the Trading Post in the autumn months, as well! That whole set will cost 975 Tender. I’ve been spending most of my Tender each month and putting an item on Freeze to purchase the next month — and there’s at least one purchase that I wouldn’t have made if these class sets had been officially announced earlier. I am going to have to be more picky with my spending for the rest of the year.

I’m just not feeling the Renown grind this week. I look at the base zone WQs — what can I do for Anima? what can I do to complete Callings? — and I don’t feel like going out and doing them.

I want to go to Zereth Mortis. I want to explore and scout the place out for pretty locations for Mog photoshoots. I want to do the 9.2 Campaign. I want to get whatever the most easily-obtained coloration of the zone set is. I want to do whichever category of Cipher of the First Ones research it is that gives buffs for world activities, and whichever one opens up the Zereth Mortis puzzle minigames — I enjoyed the puzzle minigames in Legion and Battle for Azeroth — and ignore all the other categories.

But I haven’t yet gotten the breadcrumb quest to even start Zereth Mortis. I think it’s because I’m currently in Covenants for which I haven’t completed the 9.0 Campaigns and because I haven’t done the opening chapters of the 9.1 Campaign. I should go do the opening chapters of the 9.1 Campaign because I’m getting tired of being ground-bound; it would be nice to be able to fly again. And I just read on Wowhead that there’s been a hotfix that “Each of the four original Covenant campaign questlines now reward a total of 20 additional Renown.” So I should do the Kyrian Campaign with Kaelinda and the Necrolords Campaign with Kaelyla, because those are the Covenants that they aren’t maxxed out in Renown already with. Which is all scrambled up from my original plans, but at this point, eh, whatever….

The Zereth Mortis zone set reminds me of the Vulpera aesthetic, so I tried it out on Khariba, and sure enough, it looks super cute on her:

Choral set with Shadowmoon Cowl and Mok’Morokk’s Beat Stick

Why is it that the LFR coloration of raid sets always seems to be the green one?

They all have silly hats; the Warlock hat is thankfully not offensive anymore, but is rather the silliest of the lot. The Warlock shoulders, robe, and belt are the most interesting. The other two robes are handsome enough, I guess, but feel… plain, somehow. Still, if I can get Kaelinda and Kaelyla’s iLevels up enough, I might eventually go do Sepulcher of the First Ones LFR. Fortunately for me as a Mage, the Priest robe, Warlock shoulders, Warlock robe, and Warlock belt all have lookalike pieces– but the Mage robe does not have a lookalike piece.

Even though I don’t intend to do anything with her in the Shadowlands for a long time yet, I brought Karaelia out to Bastion for the sake of having a character of every armor class positioned to prep for 10.0 — and wherever Karaelia goes, her twin Kaohana goes, too. Both of them have activated Threads of Fate and pledged to the Kyrian.

Karaelia has been wearing her outfit since November of 2020, and Kaohana has been wearing her outfit since February of 2021! They are both rather anxious for some new clothes!

A collection of Transmogrification Kits actually worn in-game by my Tauren Paladin. Outfits are listed from most recent to least recent. Items that are no longer obtainable are marked with an asterisk (*).

90) Anointed Crusader

Valorous Redemption Plate with Crown of the Righteous, Halo of the Selfless, and Anointed Crusader’s Claymore
If you’re going to be a blazing beacon of Paladinity, there’s no sense in doing it by halves.

89) Luce Y Amor

Crown of Infinite Prosperity, Fireplume Plumage, Iridescent Warcloak, Gilded Crimson Chestplate, Bloodscale Gauntlets, Fireplume Insignia, Conqueror’s Legplates, Bloodscale Sabatons, Wild Gladiator’s Gavel (H), Light-Bearer’s Faith Shield
I thought this was just going to be a minor variation on Bloodscale outfits I’ve made previously, mostly just using the pretty new cloak from the Trading Post, but then it wanted to be something new by mashing up with the Fireplume set.

88) Trial of Style: Going Green

Fel-Proof Goggles, Pauldrons of the Unrelenting, Silithid Carapace Chestguard, Jade’s Lovely Shirt, Ooze-Ridden Gauntlets, Felforged Waistplate, Zanj’ir Scaleguard Wargreaves/Emerald Legplates, Boots of the Colossus, Supposed Mace/Light’s Justice, Gizlock’s Hypertech Buckler/Aegis of the Sunbird
Karaelia had been feeling like she needed a new outfit, so I sent her to the Trial of Style to get the Anointed Crusader’s Claymore and the Jade Arcus. I got “Going Green” for her first theme, then iterated that outfit for all of her rounds, changing usually just the hat and weapons to approximately fit whatever the theme was. After several rounds of not placing, these versions placed 3rd for the themes Profession Expression (except that she’s not really an Engineer — she’s a Jewelcrafter) and Summer Styles.

87) Ruby Guardian

Crown of Infinite Prosperity, Mantle of the Desert Crusade, Ruby Wings of Awakening, Bloodforged Chestpiece, Red Workman’s Shirt, Tabard of the Wyrmrest Accord, Gotaka’s Wallopers, Gleaming Celestial Waistguard, Lavacrest Leggings, Harvester’s Court Slippers, The Untamed Blade/Dragonstrike, Reborn + Red Dragonscale Protector
This color of the Dragonflight Epic edition cosmetic dragon wings needed to go with this tabard. I chose this belt because it hides the front flap of the tabard. The Harvester’s Court Slippers are just the best dressy red and gold boots in the game right now!

86) Combat Meditation

Aspiring Aspirant’s Hood, Eternal Traveler’s Spaulders, Purifier’s Silken Cape, Cruel Executioner’s Chestplate, Intimidating Initiate’s Crushers, Eternal Traveler’s Waistwrap, Cruel Executioner’s Legguards, Kul’Tiras Dress Sabatons, Blade of the Silver Hand, Kudebeh’s Remarkable Targe
Although the bronze was fun for a bit of a change, in general Karaelia likes gold better.
Maldraxxus has the environment I prefer the least, but its leveling and World quest reward sets have the colorations I prefer most! I almost wonder if the black and charcoal colorations of the Bastion sets were really intended for Maldraxxus, and the golden and navy blue colorations of the Maldraxxus sets were really intended for Bastion.

85) Oribos Bronze

Stoneforged set with Doomed Crown of Lei Shen (LFR), Improvisational Historian’s Cloak, Kaal’s Gloomblade, and Ceremonious Shield
Plate Shadowlands leveling gear. This version comes from Revendreth. Although the hues of the Throne of Thunder hat don’t quite match, I still couldn’t resist the combo.
Other colorations:

Waylight (Bastion), Cruel Executioner’s (Maldraxxus), Grove Warden’s (Ardenweald), Ceremonious (Crafted)

84) Starlord

Glorious Headdress, Celestial Observer’s Constellations, Celestial Observer’s Starshroud, Breastplate of the Righteous, Aspiring Aspirant’s Handwraps, Celestial Observer’s Buckle, Justicar Leggings, Vicious Gladiator’s Greaves of Meditation, Scimitar of Seven Stars (LFR), Ceremonious Shield
When I thought of making an outfit for Karaelia using items from the Celestial Observer’s set, the Scimitar of Seven Stars was the piece that I immediately knew must be in the kit.
Unsurprisingly, Paladins already have a lot of gear that plays nicely with the Kyrian aesthetic.
Karaelia had been wearing her previous outfit for 16 months, so she was very anxious for a change!

83) Eternal Protector

Crown of Boastful Words (LFR), Eternal Traveler Spaulders Waistwrap & Gauntlets, Talonrender Chestplate (LFR), Felforged Legplates, Sabatons of the Humble, Ardent Hammer, Ancient Mogu Tower Shield (LFR)
These Mists of Pandaria raid items have just the right shade of gold and just the right amount of fancy in their design to complement the Eternal Traveler items quite nicely!

82) Silver Hand Sunwalker Brave II

Yaungol Deathcult Shoulderguards, “Fireproof” Venture Co. Blastplate, Greatbelt of Living Waters (LFR), Windfire Legplates, Grips of the Fallen Council (LFR), Fungal Resistant Plate Boots, Tabard of the Lightbringer, Lightborn Spire
After I acquired these shoulders from a lucky BMAH bid, I recalled that I’d also gotten some pants that were a better match for the Silver Hand Sunwalker Brave’s gear. Hence, it was time to make an upgraded version of Karaelia’s outfit #59.

81) Redeemer’s Promise II

Pauldrons of the Promise, Redeemer’s Plate, Shellbuckle Girdle, Flamewaker Legplates, Truesteel Gauntlets & Boots (stage 3), Blade of the Silver Hand, Steelforged Shield (stage 3)
A variation on an outfit I originally designed for Kyraleia (Dwarf Paladin #20). Also something of a complementary outfit to Karaelia’s own #70, which used the red versions of this sword & shield.

80) Kul Tiras Plate

Harbormaster (Tiragarde Sound)/Shoalbreach (Stormsong Valley)/Bleakweald (Drustvar) armor with Coldscale Saber and Gnarlwood Barrier
The handsome Kul Tiras plate armor sets have these names when they are rewarded from World Quests, which is probably the best way for a Horde player to acquire them. I’ve put the version that I think is the most handsome, and that I wanted to continue wearing after the photoshoot, last.
I think this is some of the nicest plate armor in the game. At first, I didn’t quite understand the early Battle for Azeroth information and thought that this armor would only be available to Alliance characters. I was greatly relieved to learn that BOE greens versions existed, and even more so that the World Quest versions were also available to Horde characters!

79) Frozen Light

Salt-Scorched Shoulderguard, Field Plate Armor, Shellbuckle Girdle, Legguards of the Emerald Brood (H), Flash Freeze Gauntlets (H), Fogtide Warboots, Sunsoul Sword, Platinum Shield of the Valorous
This outfit is adapted from an outfit I made some time ago for the Underpowered Death Knight (#40), but brings in some of the beautiful Kul Tiras plate pieces from Battle for Azeroth.

78) Dunecrawler

Exiled Veteran’s set with Nazmani Warplate helm & shoulders, hidden belt, Pennant Cloak, and Skycaller’s Ceremonial Mace
The Zandalar quest plate sets have the shoulders and helm in a contrasting color to the rest of the items, so one has to mix-and-match sets to get a monochromatic color scheme. This combination, which is not quite so monochromatic as the other possibilities, uses the Nazmir helm & shoulders with the rest of the set from Vol’dun.

77) Malachite

Direbone Frill set with Exiled Veteran’s helm & shoulders, Crafted Malevolent Gladiator’s Clasp of Meditation, Pterroleather Cloak, and Sethrak Warden’s Scimitar
The Zandalar quest plate sets have the shoulders and helm in a contrasting color to the rest of the items, so one has to mix-and-match sets to get a monochromatic color scheme. This combination uses the Vol’dun helm & shoulders with the rest of the set from Zuldazar.

76) Blood Champion of Zandalar

Rastari helm & shoulders, Nazmani Warplate chest legs gloves boots, Abandoned Zandalari Bucklebreaker, Fallen Spider Handaxe, Loa-Bound Defender, Crimson Silk Cloak
The Zandalar quest plate sets have the shoulders and helm in a contrasting color to the rest of the items, so one has to mix-and-match sets to get a monochromatic color scheme. This combination uses the Zuldazar helm & shoulders with the rest of the set from Nazmir.

75) Crashing Waves

Bloodcraver Pauldrons, Wavecrash Chestplate & Greaves, Vim’s Scalecrusher Girdle, Bleakweald Handguards & Stompers, Flanged Mace, Dockyard Targe
The Wavecrash set is the Nazjatar zone drop recolor of the Benthic Zanj’ir Scaleguard set. I particularly like the soft blue color of the chestpiece.

74) Brine & Barnacles

Zanj’ir Scaleguard set with Zanj’ir Scaleguard Greatcloak, Reactive Waraxe and Deepwarden Redoubt
This is the Benthic plate armor set from Nazjatar. For some reason, wearing it is making Karaelia feel rather… pickled.

73) Brite Knight

Version 1: Conqueror’s Helmet, Pristine Lightforge Spaulders, Emerald Breastplate, Truesteel Waistguard (stage 3), Murkblood Avenger’s Legplates, Swamp Gas Gauntlets, Lavawalker Greaves, Jeweled Coronation Sword, Zom’s Crackling Bulwark

Version 2: Conqueror’s Helmet, Mantle of the Desert Crusade, Murkblood Avenger’s Chestplate, Truesteel Waistguard (stage 3), Brackwater Leggings, Swamp Gas Gauntlets, Conqueror’s Greaves, Jeweled Coronation Sword, Zom’s Crackling Bulwark

Version 3: Talonguard Helmet, Pristine Lightforge Spaulders, Embossed Plate Armor, Thorium Belt, Murkblood Avenger’s Legplates, Bloodforged Gauntlets, Enticing Sabatons, Eternally Folded Blade, Crest of Supremacy

Version 4: Talonguard Helmet, Imperial Plate Shoulders, Murkblood Avenger’s Chestplate, Thorium Belt, Embossed Plate Leggings, Bloodforged Gauntlets, Conqueror’s Greaves, Eternally Folded Blade, Crest of Supremacy
This was, of course, what had to come next. Rainbow Brite Plate has been a staple of Mogging since Transmogrification was introduced, but I hadn’t personally done it yet. As you can see, I tried a series of variations; Version 4 was what I actually wore out and about in the world for awhile.

72) White Knight

Overlord’s set with Steel Plate Helm, Pauldrons of the Argent Sentinel, Gleaming Celestial Waistguard, Gladiator’s Salvation, Highlord’s Favor
Karaelia had had enough of being dark; it was time to let her bright true nature shine again.

71) Dark Knight

Blackwing Helm, Obsidian Stone Spaulders, Breastplate of Vaulted Skies, Bogslayer Belt, Direwing Legguards, Boneclenched Gauntlets, Ribsteel Footguards, Stylish Black Shirt, Mass of McGowan, Infiltrator’s Shield
Don’t worry, it only *looks* like Karaelia has gone over to the Dark Side…

23) Shining Silver Seventh

7th Legionnaire’s Shoulderplates Breastplate & Greaves, Waistguard of Reparation, Demonsteel Greaves, Flash Freeze Gauntlets (H), Pride of the Eredar, Replica Lion’s Fang, 7th Legionnaire’s Shield
The 7th Legion plate set is very Paladiny. I only have a few pieces because my Horde Paladin hasn’t done much of the War Campaign, but they’re enough to create a kit with the right sort of look.

22) Cloissone Violets

Replica Soulforge Spaulders, Chestguard of Exile, Mender’s Girdle of Endless Spring (LFR), Skyfire Greaves, Replica Soulforge Gauntlets, Fen Strider’s Footguards, Inkgill Blade, Sunsoul Bulwark
This combination of sword and shield needed to be used in a normal sort of outfit. The belt brings in some more of the green from the shield.

21) Boundless Loveliness

Crown of Boundless Courage, Lovely Purple Dress, Murkblood Avenger’s Legplates, Fen Strider’s Footguards, Inkgill Blade, Sunsoul Bulwark
As of Lunar Festival in 2020, the flower crowns can now be Mogged year-round, making this Love is in the Air outfit possible!
