Empowering Veterans and Adaptive Athletes to Redefine Possibility

Operation Lead from the Front is a transformative program dedicated to helping veterans with a disability rediscover their sense of purpose and community. By engaging in fitness-based activities in an inclusive and supportive environment, veterans with a disability gain opportunities for personal growth, fulfillment, and connection. The program uses physical and mental challenges to empower participants, fostering trust, mutual support, and camaraderie among veterans.

Veteran Sharpshooter Collective

MORE INFO COMING SOON

IM ABLE is proud to begin preparations for the launch of the Veteran Sharpshooter Collective, an adaptive air rifle program designed specifically for disabled Veterans to challenge themselves, sharpen their focus, and build confidence through precision sport.

This program is offered recreationally, providing a welcoming entry point for Veterans who want to learn or refine air rifle skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. For those looking to take the next step, participants will have the opportunity to level up into competitive pathways, including Move United member events and Paralympic/Olympic-level competition

More than marksmanship training, the Veteran Sharpshooter Collective is a pathway for Veterans to grow as competitors, develop leadership skills, and inspire the next generation of adaptive athletes through mentorship. Veterans of all abilities are also encouraged to get involved as volunteer coaches, helping lead on the range, support fellow athletes, and truly embody what it means to lead from the front—both on and off the firing line.
