1. New Account centre, you can use same account log in with Kingpower.com and Firster.com both for website and application.

2. Can use the existing account (Same Email or phone number and password) to login at Firster.com and Kingpower.com

3. If you already register with Kingpower.com, you can use the same account to log in with Firster.com and you can use Firster account log in at Kingpower.com as well.

How to apply for POWER PASS membership?

Customers can apply membership on the “POWER PASS Membership” page and filling in the following details.

Customers can apply for a free membership by filling in personal information and verifying their identity via OTP. This requires only a phone number / a email and National ID card number (for Thai citizens) or email and passport number (for foreigners). Applicants must be at least 15 years old on the date of application.

Upon new membership registration, members will receive NAVY status and up to 5% discount, and immediately start accumulating purchase value as well as CARAT.

How to upgrade from FIRSTER membership to POWER PASS membership?

Customers can update their information on the “POWER PASS Member” page by providing the following details:

Simply use your phone number and national ID number (for Thai citizens), or your email and passport number (for foreigners), along with your personal information.

What do I need to do to upgrade my membership tier?

Once you have successfully registered your membership, you can start accumulating purchase value to upgrade your membership tier. The system will count your accumulated spending from the past 24 months for status upgrades (purchases made before becoming a member are not included). You will be upgraded to the next status immediately once your accumulated purchases meet the criteria for each tier:

-Accumulate 40,000 THB in purchases to upgrade to SCARLET
-Accumulate 300,000 THB in purchases to upgrade to CROWN
-Accumulate 2,000,000 THB in purchases to upgrade to VEGA

Does membership status have an expiration date?

Your membership never expires. Once you become a member, you will receive NAVY as your foundational status. You can then upgrade your member tier based on your accumulated purchases. Each upgraded member status tier is valid for 2 calendar years.

Does membership tier have an expiration date?

Your member tier is valid for 2 calendar years. The system will re-evaluate your status on December 31st of the second calendar year. This re-evaluation will be based on your accumulated purchases starting from the date you attained your current tier. If your accumulated purchases exceed the threshold of your current membership tier, your current status will be extended for another 2 calendar years. If your accumulated purchases do not meet the threshold of your current membership tier, your status will be downgraded according to the accumulated spending for each tier:

– NAVY : Accumulated purchases less than 40,000 THB
– SCARLET : Accumulated purchases from 40,000 THB to 299,999 THB
– CROWN : Accumulated purchases from 300,000 THB to 1,999,999 THB
– VEGA : Accumulated purchases of 2,000,000 THB or more

Can I have more than one account, and can I share an account with others?

You can only have one membership account. This account will be linked to your National ID number if you are a Thai citizen, or your passport number if you are of another nationality.

If I’m already a kingpower.com member, do I need to register again to use FIRSTER?

kingpower.com members do not need to register again
because POWER PASS is a new membership system that combines benefits from King Power group companies participating in the program, including kingpower.com.

kingpower.com members can access FIRSTER immediately
by logging into POWER PASS for the first time using the email or phone number registered with kingpower.com.

If a member has accounts with both kingpower.com and Firster using the same email or phone number,
the system will automatically link the accounts into a single account,
and all accumulated points and purchase history will be combined under the same POWER PASS account.

How can I change the phone number or email used for membership registration?

For the security of your information, you cannot make changes yourself. Please contact Customer Relations for assistance. Contact us

If I want to edit personal information, what do I need to do?

You can edit some of your personal information yourself on the “Account Details” page of the powerpass.kingpower.com website. The details you can modify directly include your Thai full name, phone number (if it hasn’t been added to the system before), and shipping address.

Certain personal details cannot be changed by yourself. These include:
– English full name (only changeable with official legal documents for a legal name change)
– Date of birth (only changeable if there’s an error and requires official documents)
– Phone number (if you want to change from an existing number in the system)
– Passport number and expiry date

How to change my password?
If I encounter problems logging into the system, what should I do?

If you forget your password, just click “Forgot Password” on the login page.

If you’ve forgotten the email address or phone number you used to register, or need any other assistance, please contact Customer Relations. Contact us

My membership status is not showing on the POWER PASS member page.

If you are unable to view your membership tier on the POWER PASS page, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service team for support. Contact us

If I want to delete my user account, what do I need to do?

You can request to delete your account yourself via the powerpass.kingpower.com website. Go to the “Account Details” menu, then select “Manage Account & security” and submit the form to request account deletion. Representative will contact you to proceed with the account deletion procedure.

*Deleting your user account will delete all your accounts within the King Power system. Once the system has processed your account deletion, you will receive an email confirming the result.

Will I still be able to use the benefits of FIRSTER if I don’t upgrade to POWER PASS?

If you have not yet updated your membership status to the POWER PASS system,
you will not be able to use FIRSTER Points or other membership-related benefits.

Please update your information promptly to enjoy full benefits under the new membership system Update Now.

What happens to my membership status if I don’t update to POWER PASS?

You will no longer receive any benefits previously granted under the membership system.

Any FIRSTER Points remaining in your account will be converted into discount coupons,
with terms and conditions as determined by the company.

The company reserves the right to define the details and conditions of the discount coupons issued in place of FIRSTER Points.

My CARAT
What is CARAT?

CARAT are the reward points you earn from purchasing participating products within the King Power network. You will automatically receive CARAT as soon as your payment for the product is completed.

What can CARAT be used for?

Once you’ve accumulated the required number of CARAT set by the company, you can redeem them to purchase products at King Power and participating partners. The redemption rate starts at 4 CARAT points = 1 THB. You can also use them to redeem discounts and CARAT REWARDS from participating partner stores as specified by the Company.

How to get CARAT?

*Members will earn 1 CARAT for every 25 Baht spent on FIRSTER products, regardless of membership tier.

For every 25 THB you spend on participating products within the King Power network, members will receive 1 CARAT. CARAT granted according to membership tier and company policy are automatically added to your account as soon as your payment is completed.

*CARAT calculation does not allow the remaining spending balance to be carried over to the next purchase.

Do CARAT have an expiration date?

Your CARAT are valid for 2 calendar years from the date of purchase. The Company processes expiring CARAT every year on December 31st. CARAT that expire according to the Company’s terms and conditions cannot be redeemed, transferred, or refunded.

When will I get CARAT in my account?

CARAT will be credited to your account immediately after the purchase is completed, and you can start using it right away.

Can I get CARAT for purchases I made before I joined member?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Purchases made before membership registration cannot be converted to CARAT.

What happens to my CARAT when I return items or cancel an order?

The company reserves the right to recall the CARAT in case of canceled order. This under the terms and conditions set of the company.

I didn’t receive my CARAT. What should I do?

How can I check my CARAT via website?

How to Check CARAT Points on the Website

Customers can check their CARAT points on the “POWER PASS Member” page by following these steps:

1. Click the icon on the white bar at the top of the website.
2. Log in with your member account.
3. Click on the “POWER PASS Member” menu to view your CARAT points and their expiration date.

CARAT Accumulation

– Members will receive 1 CARAT for every 25 THB spent when purchasing products from FIRSTER, regardless of membership level.

The number of CARATs awarded may vary depending on the membership status and according to the company’s terms and conditions.

  • Purchase of 100 THB → Receive 4 CARAT
  • Purchase of 50.50 THB → Receive 2 CARAT (0.50 THB remainder not counted)

– Any leftover amount or decimals from a purchase will not be carried over to the next purchase.

How can I check my CARAT via application?

How to Check CARAT Points in the Application

Customers can check their CARAT points on the “My Account” page within the application by following these steps:

1. Tap the   icon on the bottom navigation bar of the app.
2. Log in with your member account.
3. Check your CARAT points and their expiration date on this page.

Transfer FIRSTER Points to CARAT

Conversion of FIRSTER Points to CARAT

– Once customers have successfully verified their identity in the POWER PASS system,
the remaining FIRSTER Points will be automatically converted to CARAT.

– The conversion rate is:
2 FIRSTER Points = 1 CARAT
This calculation is based on the FIRSTER Points earned from completed orders as of the date the points are transferred.

– The CARAT received from the conversion will be valid until June 30, 2027, at 11:59 PM (GMT+7).

What should I do if my FIRSTER Points have not been transferred to CARAT yet?

If you have not yet updated your membership information to switch to the POWER PASS system,
please click “Update Information” to start the membership transition process.

– After updating your information, the system will take some time to process the conversion of your FIRSTER Points to CARAT.
– Once the process is complete, you can check your CARAT balance on the POWER PASS Member

How can I use my existing FIRSTER Points if I haven’t switched to POWER PASS?

Your remaining FIRSTER Points will be converted into discount coupons, subject to the terms and conditions set by the company.
