Allianz

The first MoveNow Mentoring Programme was launched in 2024 as a collaborative initiative between Allianz Asia Pacific, Halogen and Singapore Disability Sports Council. 35 university students and para-athletes were involved in a 6-month mentoring journey with Allianz employees, and this programme is testament to Allianz’s commitment to empowering the next generation.

Aon Singapore

In July 2020, Aon Singapore launched “Pay it Forward with Mooncakes”, a Corporate Social Responsibility campaign where they encouraged their clients to forgo their yearly mooncake gift and choose to have the funds donated to charity instead. The amount raised through the campaign contributed to Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme, which equips secondary school youth with business skills and activates their entrepreneurial mindset.

Booking.com joined Halogen in 2020 asa volunteer partner for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme. Staff are also involved as mentors for our ELEMENTS Mentorship programme.

Changi Airport Group

Since 2014, Changi Foundation has been commissioning Halogen to conducta series of Youth Career Development Programmes (Be a Service Star, StepUp!) to empower youth at North Light School to gain confidence and be more work-ready. Additionally, Changi Foundation adopted Metta School in2018 and ran a specially-curated Community Service Programme with Halogen to inculcate the values of giving back to society and protecting the environment.

Citrix Systems

Citrix Systems joined Halogen in 2022 to sponsor and run the ELEMENTS Mentoring programme for tertiary youth from polytechnics and universities. 39 mentors and 66 mentees were enrolled in their pilot programme.

DBS

DBS first partnered Halogen in 2018, and availed DBS mentors for ITE students under the ELEMENTS Mentoring programme. Since then, DBS has also supported Halogen’s work by hosting a Leadership Masterclass in 2019, a Career Roundtable session in 2020, and through participating in Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme work sessions.

Deloitte

Deloitte has been volunteering for Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme since 2019, and has also availed mentors for the ELEMENTS Mentoring programme. Additionally, Deloitte supports Halogen through skills-based volunteering to further improve its non-profit capabilities.

Deloitte also invited Halogen’s CEO, Ms Ivy Tse, as one of the speakers for the She XO’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Forum 2021 to share on Halogen’s youth development journey.

Deutsche Bank has been a volunteer partner for Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme since 2018 and has hosted several NFTE business visits for the youth over the years.

Deutsche Bank has also designed and run a skill based workshop for the staff team in 2018, covering topics on problem solving frames for our internal use.

Fitch Rating joined as a partner with Halogen in 2022, co-creating an annual 6-month mentoring programme for 20 polytechnic youths in Singapore.

HubSpot has been a volunteer partner for Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme since 2021, and has raised a grant to fund part of the programme in schools. Hubspot also features Halogen as a community partner in their annual “HEART Week” campaign, a week dedicated to celebrating values of humility, empathy, adaptability, remarkability, and transparency in its global offices.

Ishk Tolaram

Focusing on the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme, Ishk Tolaram supports Halogen’s work in piloting and launching the Graduate Mentorship Programme (GMP) for students who have completed the foundational year-long NFTE journey. The monthly mentorship supports selected youth as they complete their secondary school education. Ishk Tolaram also sponsors a scholarship for eligible GMP students.

LinkedIn

Since 2016, LinkedIn has been one of Halogen’s first partners in the tertiary space. LinkedIn Social Impact serves to improve the social mobility and access of young people. LinkedIn has partnered with Halogen in running a range of tertiary programmes—Career Conversations, Career Roundtables, LinkedIn 101 and Mentorship— and has reached out to 1,000 youth to date.

Oracle has been a volunteer partner for Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme since 2019. In 2020, Oracle tapped upon their internal funding and sponsored headsets and office supplies to further support the NFTE programme.

Halogen’s partner since 2011, Salesforce provides equity support through their non-profit Salesforce licenses. Halogen also runs their signature Salesforce Biz Academy, an annual apprenticeship programme that benefits Polytechnic youth who are learning about the use of Customer Relationship Management in their course of study. Since 2020, Salesforce employees have also volunteered in Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme.

Tata Communications is a pioneer supporter of Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme, hosting inaugural NFTE business visit sessions since 2015. It officially set up their Corporate Social Responsibility arm in 2017 to officially engage non-profit partners like Halogen, and continues to be a volunteer partner of the NFTE programme.

TikTok

TikTok launched an inaugural TikTok x Halogen Mentoring Programme in January 2024, seeking to support students from tertiary institutes in their journey of growth. As of today, 50 youths have completed their 6-month mentoring journey, while a second cohort of 50 have commenced theirs.

Total Energies

Total Energies has been a volunteer partner for Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme since 2019. They have also been involved with our ELEMENTS Mentoring Programme since 2022. Beyond employee volunteering, Total Energies has also organised an e-auction for pre-loved laptops and workstations. All proceeds were donated to the NFTE programme.

8M Real Estate

8M Real Estate is a specialised sustainable real estate investment and operating company. Since 2020, 8M has come on board to host their own creative fundraising campaigns under the #JustOneThing initiative. As part of their efforts to enlist their community and tenant partners into doing something for youth, 8M ran their own raffle draw to raise funds for Halogen’s programmes.

As a presenting Sponsor for the National Young Leaders’ Fellowship (NYLF), OUE Limited powers the entire developmental journey for Halogen’s 30 specially selected Fellows from across Singapore. NYLF is an annually run programme that provides a platform for young leaders aged 15 to 19 to grow personally and collectively in their leadership journey in their schools and communities.

Singapore Island Country Club

Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) runs their annual SICC May Day Charityto raise funds to serve under privileged sectors including youth, elderly, the infirm, those with disabilities, and children with special needs. Halogen was an adopted charity of SICC May Day 2021 and 2022. Through their Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner efforts, the SICC Organising Committee raises funds for their adopted beneficiaries annually.

The Body Shop

In 2022, The Body Shop adopted Halogen as the beneficiary for their Christmas campaign where it donated 10 cents for every transaction via their physical or online shop. In total, they raised about $14,000 that went to supporting Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme in 2023.

The Ring

The Ring is a boxing community that hosts an array of Boxing, Muay Thai, and strengthening and conditioning classes at its gym. In 2022, The Ring hosted their own White Collar Boxing Show, where all auction proceeds were donated to Halogen for its Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme.

Under its small grant program initiative, the US Embassy sponsored USD 20,000 to support Halogen’s Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) programme in 2024. This partnership opens up other opportunities for US companies to further value add to the NFTE experience.

=Dreams

Halogen partnered with =Dreams to create a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support. As a programme development partner, Halogen has also infused its attributes development approach with =Dreams’ residential living & talent and interest development experiences. Both organisations will also closely collaborate in the structures that =Dreams deploys inpursuit of the development of the =Dreams scholars.
