we remove Viz.js in the index.html as it's not really maintained. Before, we added it to allow Viz.js to run In a separate thread but many users don't use graphviz and the team recommends to remove it and then check the performance in a month for graphviz apps. When I tested it, it didn't seem too different of performance.

Looks good - let's also remove scripts/get_latest_vizjs.sh, because it's also not meaningful with this removal
