This PR updates the oxc/no-map-spread rule to avoid applying an ineffective --fix transformation that still allocates a fresh object (e.g. rewriting { rel, ...attrs } to Object.assign({ rel }, attrs)), and instead narrows the rule to suggestion-only fixes that can mutate the spread target in-place.
Changes:
- Switch the rule’s fix metadata to suggestion-only (
conditional_suggestion) and remove the--fixpath for object literals that have non-spread properties before the spread. - Update the rule documentation to reflect the new fixer behavior.
- Adjust fixer tests and add a regression case based on the reported
map+ array-spread scenario.
Merging this PR will not alter performance

The no-map-spread autofix rewrote object literals like `{ rel, ...attrs }` to `Object.assign({ rel }, attrs)`, which still allocates a fresh object and does not satisfy the rule's in-place mutation guidance. This narrows the fixer to suggestion-only cases that can mutate the spread object and adds a regression case for the reported array spread map shape.
