This PR fixes a false negative in the unicorn/consistent-function-scoping rule where inner functions that reference module-level import bindings were incorrectly treated as capturing from a parent scope, suppressing the diagnostic. This brings oxlint’s behavior in line with eslint-plugin-unicorn for the reported case (#22381).
Changes:
- Ignore references to symbols flagged as
importwhen determining whether an inner function captures variables from its parent scopes. - Add a regression test case covering an inner function that references a top-level import.
- Update the rule’s snapshot output to include the newly reported diagnostic.
