This PR fixes a 404 error that occurs when users attempt to switch agents using the top-left dropdown while in a chat interface. The issue was caused by using an incorrect variable reference in the navigation URL.

The variable id used in the original code appears to be undefined in this scope, causing the 404 error. The fix correctly uses agentRef which is defined in the key prop on line 56.
