[BUG] 404 error when switching agent from the chat component #630

🐛 Bug Description

When using the chat component and switching agents via the dropdown in the top-left corner, the UI throws a 404 | This page could not be found. error. The user is then forced to manually navigate (e.g., back to the homepage) to recover.

🔄 Steps To Reproduce

  1. open a chat with any agent
  2. click on the name of current agent on top-left corner
  3. pick any other agent from the list
  4. see the error

🤔 Expected Behavior

switching context should open a chat with desired agent
