It introduces a didChangeExpandState method in AccessibilityBridge to detect changes in expansion flags and dispatches CONTENT_CHANGE_TYPE_EXPANDED events. #174981 added expand flag support, this PR is a follow-up to add CONTENT_CHANGE_TYPE_EXPANDED (it's added in android 16 API 36)
