If the Flutter process crashes or exits early, this Future.any will still wait for the full 2-minute timeout before proceeding. Including process1.exitCode in the list of futures would allow the test to fail faster in such cases.

Similar to the first run, including process2.exitCode here will allow the test to fail faster if the process crashes or exits unexpectedly.

Using git checkout to restore the Info.plist is not ideal as it depends on the environment being a git repository and can interfere with local changes if run manually. A more robust approach is to read the original file content into a variable at the start of the test and write it back in the finally block.

This is in the ## Host only DeviceLab tests section. Should it be in the ## Mac iOS DeviceLab tests section instead?

I don't think so, it's a simulator test. It doesn't need an iOS device.
