This pull request removes the -disableAutomaticPackageResolution flag from xcodebuild command arguments in the XcodeProjectInterpreter class and updates the relevant test cases. A review comment suggests renaming the skipPackageResolution parameter to improve readability, as the current name is misleading now that automatic package resolution is no longer disabled by this flag.

Disabling it causes problems if it hasn't resolved before so let's just remove it. In actuality, it did not seem to improve build time anyways.
