This pull request refactors the widget_preview_scaffold test project by moving it from packages/flutter_tools/test to dev/integration_tests. This is a good change as it separates the Flutter code from the non-Flutter flutter_tools test suite. The changes mostly consist of updating paths in various scripts and configuration files to reflect the new location. The logic seems sound, but I've found a critical issue with a path resolution in one of the test files that needs to be addressed.
