Unfortunately upgrading moment to the latest version of moment, unifying the versions and removing an npm warning also means that there are a bunch of duplicate locale files in the distributable... Still only one version but the new version of moment includes a bunch of extra built versions. |

We've avoided adding a build script to kbn-es but I think it's time to modernize this package. It already includes a little typescript so this package technically relies on babel-register in development already. I think it makes sense to formalize this dependency and actually build the code during bootstrap (along with a few other modernizations to come).
