Improve meeting management

• [ ] Apply the following design for meeting minutes administration: Create design to manage minutes in a meeting #2862 (PR Minute management interface #3377)

Manage registrations, attendance and notifications

• Specific users or email addresses can be invited to the meeting and they can accept or reject the invitation. (PR Improve meeting invitations #3632, Move invite form to invites index #3826, Allow to invite existing users to join a meeting #3831)
• Registration code is generated, sent and managed
  • Registered participants receive a registration code (6-8 digit alphanumeric only capital letters and excluding ambiguous characters such as 1, O/0, etc.) (PR Generate a code for meetings registrations #3805)
  • Meeting admin can introduce this codes in the admin panel, and participants get a notification of their receipt for participation. (PR Allow admins to validate meeting registration codes #3833)
  • [ ] Users whose code has been introduced via admin panel, together with Meeting admin and the administrator of the space in which the meeting is located, become part of a user-group. --> @decidim/lot-px can we have a simple design for this?
