This issue belongs to the EPIC Improvements on Meetings #2841.

This issue covers the admin side of the feature. The public side will be handled in #2993


A new agenda section must be added where:

  • The administrator must be able to add items and sub-items.
  • An item can have N sub-items. Sub-items cannot have sub-items.
  • Items and sub-items must include the following fields
    • Title
    • Description
    • Links and associated documents.
    • Planned duration
      • If an item has sub-items, these are added to the item
      • If the total duration of the items adds up to more than the duration of the meeting, an alert must be displayed.
