LGTM, merging this in without a detailed review so I have it when I look for it in code, since it shouldn't impact anything other than having this infrastructure isolated and available.

There are two ways to use nvFuser in a standalone program:
Both ways are super simple and can be built without recompiling PyTorch. So I created two examples, one for each.
These two examples use nvFuser to implement
sinhwith its definitionsinh(x) = [exp(x) - exp(-x)] / 2.
