…ver_register() private_server_free() had only one caller: nm_bus_manager_private_server_register(). The only thing that nm_bus_manager_private_server_register() did in addition was to check for duplicate server tags. Merge the two functions.
I don't think this was an actual problem. But to be sure, disconnect the signal handler before destroying the PrivateServer instance.
…vateServer There were zero places where we actually looked up an instance in the hash-table. All we did was iterating the list. CList is faster with iterating, has less memory over-head (in this particular case), and can also do O(1) insert and removal. It's more suited in every way.

When NM is restarted and a new object-manager is created, ensure that signal handlers are disconnected from the old one.
