We currently don't support marking a device a managed/unmanaged via the [device] section. Eventually, I think we should, because the existing "keyfile.unmanaged-devices" looks keyfile specific (which it isn't). But more importantly, "keyfile.unmanaged-devices" sets the unmanaged flag NM_UNMANAGED_USER_SETTINGS, which cannot be overruled via D-Bus (see commit c210134). A device.managed flag would make sense for a more sensible way to express configuration in NetworkManager.conf, which still can be overwritten via D-Bus. Anyway, it's not yet implemented. Fix the example.
We already have various ways to mark a device as unmanaged.
1) via udev-rule ENV{NM_UNMANAGED}. This can be overwritten via D-Bus
at runtime.
2) via settings plugin. That is NM_CONTROLLED=no for ifcfg-rh and
keyfile.unmanaged-devices in NetworkManager.conf.
3) at runtime, via D-Bus. This is persisted in the run state file
and persists restarts (but not reboot).
This adds another way via NetworkManager.conf file. Note that the
existing way keyfile.unmanaged-devices is also in NetworkManager.conf.
However it has various downsides:
- it cannot be overwritten at runtime (see commit
c210134).
- you can only explicitly mark a device as unmanaged. That means,
you cannot use it to manage a device which is unmanaged due to
a udev rule.
- it sounds like it's only relevant for thekeyfile settings plugin. Nowadays
we always load the keyfile plugin, so the option is always relevant.

In this case, GetAll failed with "Timeout was reached". We still
create a dummy BSS info, because we kept track of the object to
start with. That way, we don't simply want to ignore the failure,
because NMDeviceWifi might track this NMWifiAP already, and we may
need an update (even if we failed to fetch the requested information).
However, that later leads to a crash, because NMDeviceWifi expect the BSSID
present then.
Avoid that, by don't processing such APs.

We can get a platform signal for any number of reasons. In particular,
we can get a signal that the object exists in platform, while the object
is tracked as zombie.
"Zombies" are objects that we once actively configured, but now no
longer and thus need to remove them. We remember that we need to delete
the object in kernel.
The assertion was wrong. We don't need to handle the case "in_platform"
and linked in "os_zombie_lst" specially.

We don't need to handle the case "in_platform"
and linked in "os_zombie_lst" specially.

now no longer and thus will need to be removed. We remember them as objects
that we need to delete.
The assertion was wrong. We don't need to handle the case "in_platform"
and linked in "os_zombie_lst" specially. If we get a signal that the
object exists while being a zombie, that is fine and not something to
handle specially.
