Mission Coordinator
Join the Front Lines of Connection
At Eagle OPS, we believe service doesn’t stop when the uniform comes off. The call to lead, connect, and serve is still strong—and we’re looking for Difference Makers who are ready to answer it.
If you’ve landed here, it’s probably not by chance. You might be searching for a way to do something more. To make a real impact in the lives of service members, veterans, and their families. To help bridge the gap between isolation and connection.
This is where you come in.
We’re recruiting Mission Coordinators to run our Rally Points—the cornerstone gatherings where veterans and their supporters come together for food, conversation, and camaraderie. Whether you’re a veteran yourself, an active-duty service member, or a dedicated patriot, your time and leadership can change lives.
The Role: Mission Coordinator (Rally Points)
- Positions Available: 60+ across our network
- Position Type: Volunteer (Difference Maker)
- Status: Veteran/Service Member preferred, not required
- Time Commitment:
- Monthly: ~7–8 hours
- Includes 1-hour coordinator meeting + Rally Point events (bi-monthly preferred)
- Optional: Assist with other Eagle OPS events
- Location: Near you (TBD with your Outreach Manager)
What We’re Looking For
- Servant Leaders with a heart for veterans and community.
- Organizers who can handle event details with confidence.
- Connectors who can make a stranger feel like part of the family.
- Dependable Teammates committed to showing up for others.
What You’ll Do
As a Mission Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of your Rally Point:
- Plan & Coordinate dates, locations, and needs with our Executive Director, Outreach Manager, and Marketing Director.
- Partner with Hosts to secure and prepare each Rally Point location.
- Manage Gear—pick up, set up, take down, and return required Eagle OPS equipment.
- Lead with Purpose—share the Eagle OPS mission and Rally Point pillars at every gathering.
- Welcome Everyone—spot new faces, introduce them to others, and make them feel at home.
- Stay on Track—keep events running on schedule.
- Track Attendance—ensure all participants check in.
- Report Back—complete an After Action Report after each Rally Point and communicate any urgent needs within 24 hours.
Your time is the most valuable contribution you can give—and here, it has a direct impact.
If you’re ready to lead, connect, and make a difference, step into the role of Mission Coordinator and join the Eagle OPS family.
