At Eagle OPS, we believe that every hero deserves a community, a mission, and a place to call home. Headquartered in the heart of Oklahoma, we are a veteran-founded nonprofit committed to building relationships and connecting resources for our nation’s heroes—veterans, service members, and their families.

What We Do
We operate through four core missions designed to address the emotional, social, and practical needs of our veteran community:

Operation Outreach

We build bridges between veterans and the services available to them. Partnering with Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), government agencies, and private-sector allies, we create a united front to educate, advocate, and strengthen Oklahoma’s veteran support network.

Operation Reach One More

No veteran should ever feel alone. Through Rally Points—our signature social gatherings—veterans, their families, and patriotic citizens come together to build lasting relationships. From Golf Nights and Freedom Shoots to Guided Fishing Trips and Firepit Nights, these events foster belonging, boost mental well-being, and offer a lifeline to those facing isolation.

Operation Difference Makers

Service doesn’t stop after the uniform comes off. We empower veterans, family members, and supporters to serve their communities through volunteerism and leadership. Giving back becomes a path to healing, purpose, and unity.

Operation Hand-Up

When life gets tough, we step in. Through grants, scholarships, and emergency assistance, we provide timely financial support to veterans in crisis and partner organizations on the front lines of veteran care.

Why It Matters

Each year, Eagle OPS touches the lives of more than 4,000 veterans and their families, helping them reconnect, recover, and thrive. We know that loneliness and disconnection are major contributors to veteran suicide—and we’re taking action to change that.
Our programs don’t just entertain; they build communities, restore hope, and prevent tragedy.
We’re proud to stand beside other VSOs, amplifying their efforts through promotion, collaboration, and joint service. Together, we form an unshakable network of support across Oklahoma and beyond.
