Step 1. Discovery
Share your laptop details, and we’ll provide a Proof of Value report outlining RaaS suitability, cost savings and environmental benefits.
Step 2. Proof of concept
Experience RaaS quality first-hand with 10 remanufactured laptops, then share results with your team to gain insights and approval for the trial phase.
Step 3. Trail
Send 100–200 laptops for a full RaaS trial, where we’ll assess results, refine processes, and tailor the SLA (Service Level Agreement) to your operational needs.
Step 4. Remanufacturing process
We collect an agreed number of units from your site, ship them to our remanufacturing facility, and fully remanufacture them.
Step 5. Deployment
We ship your remanufactured stock back to your site, ready for distribution to your staff, just like a refresh project.
