Quality accreditations

We uphold strict compliance and quality accreditations to ensure our products, workforce, environmental practices, and ethical standards deliver the greatest benefit to both people and the planet.

The awarding of the BSI Kitemark™ certifies that our Circular Remanufacturing Process produces products ‘equal to or better than new’ as required by the BS standard BS8887-220 and BS8887-211.

The awarding of the BSI Kitemark™ for refurbished laptop certifies that our process produces products that are in a “satisfactory working condition by rebuilding or repairing major components, with a warranty that covers the whole product”, as required by the BS Standard BS8887-240.

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS), demonstrating the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS), providing a framework that an organisation can follow, rather than establishing environmental performance requirements.

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety, issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases. The certification was developed to mitigate any factors that can cause employees and businesses irreparable harm.

Environmental

We ensure we are a carbon neutral organisation. We have previously supported reforestation projects and continue to invest in renewable energy initiatives. Now, we are actively partnering with organisations that provide clean water to families that desperately need it.

As part of our commitment to net zero and providing carbon neutral IT product, we are audited annually by Carbon Footprint. An open letter from Carbon Footprint, acknowledging Circular Computing and the efforts, through ISO and GHG Protocol methodologies, to reduce and neutralise the carbon footprint in the company and products.

A2C Services Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050. Using 2020/21 as our baseline year, in order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction target. We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 2,000 tCO2e by 2028. This is a reduction of 33% against the baseline year and 40% reduction on the current year. This award recognises our strong commitment to achieving net zero. We continue to reduce emissions across our own operations while helping customers lower their carbon footprint. Through remanufacturing, responsible supply chain practices, and carbon reduction initiatives, we support organisations in cutting Scope 3 emissions and progressing toward their net zero goals.

Shortlisted: Circular Economy Innovation of the Year

As a leader in sustainable IT, we were shortlisted at the edie Awards 2026 for our industrial scale approach to circular economy innovation. Recognised for our proprietary 360 Step Circular Remanufacturing Process™ , we transform used enterprise laptops into high quality, carbon neutral devices equal to or better than new.

Shortlisted: Outstanding Digital Inclusion Project

Circular Computing was recognised for its contribution to sustainable and socially responsible technology solutions. The nominations highlighted two impactful initiatives. One focused on tackling digital exclusion through a partnership with Kent County Council, where thousands of remanufactured laptops were provided to help residents access education, employment, and essential online services

Shortlisted: Most Successful Environmental Project

The second recognised the collaboration with Weightmans LLP, where remanufactured laptops supported the firm’s sustainability strategy by reducing carbon emissions and resource consumption. These initiatives demonstrate how circular technology can deliver measurable environmental benefits while improving digital access for communities.

Won: Sustainability Unsung Hero – Rod Neale

As Founder and CEO, Rod Neale has been at the forefront of reshaping the IT industry through sustainability and innovation. His leadership has influenced a shift in how organisations procure, use, and extend the life of technology, setting new standards for responsible IT. This recognition reflects the lasting impact of his work in driving a more sustainable future for the sector.

Being named Sustainability Champion reinforces our role as a driving force in sustainable IT. Through carbon reduction, resource preservation, social impact, and ethical governance, we are driving real change—not just within our own operations, but across the entire industry.
