Ticket Policies:

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds for regular tickets.
  • Regular tickets exchanged prior to 24 hours of performance will incur a $10 fee per ticket.
  • Regular tickets exchanged within 24 hours of performance will incur a $15 fee per ticket.
  • Tickets may be donated back to the theatre.
  • Seating locations for patrons using wheelchairs, or with limited mobility, are located in the first row, with companion seats next to, and nearby. Please call the Box Office at (916) 995-5464 prior to your performance date to notify the staff if you require these seats.
  • Age Advisory: 16+ suggested only, unless accompanied by a guardian.
  • A $6.00 per ticket processing fee is added to all credit card orders. (Not applicable to cash payments.)
  • Due to the design of our theater, we cannot guarantee seating for late arrivals or for patrons who leave the theater during the performance. As a courtesy to our artists and our audiences, late arrivals will be seated in a suitable location and at the appropriate intervals by the House Manager, if possible.
