We get our first glimpse of the future foot soldier DHS one Alejandro Mayorkas right by his side. Mayorkas last year was making the rounds on the Sunday talkies claiming the immigration system was completely broken. Of course, no one argued back that it was indeed the Biden administration that had done just that.

In the clip of Biden we get a chilling insight of exactly what Biden had/has in mind. The “Great Replacement.”

The easy answer to Biden’s disregard for the border is to insure future Democrat voters. But is it that simple? As we prepare for an invasion of epic proportions at our borders, one can only recall the hordes descending upon Rome in the final days.

Meanwhile our feckless congress can’t wait to get out of Dodge after continuing to bankrupt the U.S. with some behemoth pork ridden bill that no one has read. Thank you Mr. McConnell.

Mexico reinforces border checks amid US pressure – video

This no less from ABC news and the AP. What congress refuses to do, Trump has twisted enough arms in Mexico to have at least this one feel good story for a Monday.

Mexican authorities increased immigration enforcement along well-traveled routes for migrants in southern Mexico over the weekend, checking identifications, pulling migrants off public transport and intercepting four trucks packed with nearly 800 migrants.

 

The National Migration Institute said 1,000 immigration agents had been deployed in the north and south of Mexico. The deployment comes as Mexico faces heightened pressure from the U.S. to reduce the surge of mostly Central American migrants through its territory. Mexico plans to position 6,000 National Guard troops by Tuesday to its southern border with Guatemala. More at ABC News

Justice Dept prosecuted only 11 individuals, no companies in employing illegals

Why are not employers held accountable in employing illegals? Without employment, and/or social benefits illegal “migrants” would be forced to self deport. No doubt the same fine people who give millions of Buckeroos to Congress to make sure there is no wall.

The latest available data show that during the last twelve months (April 2018 – March 2019) only 11 individuals (and no companies) were prosecuted in just 7 cases.

According to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University, the much discussed crackdown on illegal immigration policies of the Trump Administration does not extend to one notable group: employers. With increases in arrests and deportations, the Justice Department has notably not prosecuted the employers who hire illegal immigrants.

Eleven.

During the same period, these 11 prosecutions compare with 85,727 individuals prosecuted for illegal entry, 34,617 prosecuted for illegal re-entry, and 4,733 prosecuted for illegally bringing in or harboring immigrants.

Given the millions of undocumented immigrants now working in this country, the odds of being criminally prosecuted for employing undocumented workers appears to be exceedingly remote.

Indeed, since criminal penalties for employers were first enacted by Congress in 1986, few employers have ever been prosecuted under these provisions (8 USC 1324a). Prosecutions have rarely climbed above 15 annually, and have never exceeded 20 individuals a year except during 2005 under President Bush and when they reached 25 in the first year of the Obama Administration.

Not only are few employers prosecuted, fewer who are convicted receive sentences that amount to more than token punishment. Prison sentences are rare. For example, of the 11 individuals the Justice Department reported as convicted during the most recent 12-month period, only 3 were sentenced to serve prison time.

CA Assembly woman proud she was previously deported!

Let’s send in ICE and arrest her and send her back from whence she came! Now wouldn’t that be a real hoot. Something like Eric Holder did back in the day-

“Tell me, Mr. Holder,” Napolitano asked on April 23, 2000, “why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy (Elian Gonzalez)?”

Holder: Because we didn’t need a court order. INS can do this on its own.

Blanca admitted she was a deported illegal in a recent speech.

Blanca was very proud of this. She showed no remorse.

Blanca is running unopposed this year.

Trojan House Bill will allow much of the world to migrate to the USA

Now we know why Paul Ryan is retiring. He will approve a Trojan Horse as he defies Trump and sends all in the world who claims\ abuse to just walk on in. The little weasels on the House Appropriations committee approved this by a voice vote. The only GOP member who spoke out against the easy-migration rules was Texas Rep. John Carter.

And of course, the Chair of the Committee is retiring and walking away after leaving this bomb. Now it goes to Ryan’s Committee. Reports are it is likely to pass. Rinos will join the Democrats to pass this number. You betcha. Yet no reports in the media of any merit.

 

Weakened asylum rules being pushed by Democrats and the Republican establishment would allow the entire populations of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador the right to migrate to the United States.

 

New asylum rules approved by the GOP majority and Democrat minority House Appropriations Committee would give the right to migrate to the United States to a foreign population at least half the size of the American Midwest.

Two asylum rules pushed by Rep. David Price (D-NC) as well as Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-KS) and approved by the GOP-majority House Appropriations Committee would allow foreign nationals seeking refuge in the U.S. to migrate based on claims that they are fleeing domestic abuse or gang violence.

The asylum standards would be a direct rebuke of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ efforts to strengthen the country’s lax asylum system. He made clear in a memo that claiming to be fleeing domestic abuse or gang violence are not legitimate claims for asylum in the U.S.

The Republican establishment and Democrats’ reversal of Sessions’ memo would give the full populations of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras the right to migrate and seek asylum in the U.S., as all three Central American countries have been crippled for years by gangs.

As Breitbart News noted, this translates to about 32 million Central Americans being given the right to migrate. This would mean a foreign population about half the size of the American Midwest — where 67 million Americans live — would have the right to come to the country and permanently resettle.

The House Committee on Appropriations voted Wednesday afternoon to bar government officials from spending any time or money on Sessions’ reform. The vote was taken as legislators debate and vote on amendments to the 2019 spending bill. The bill will be reviewed next by the rules committee — which is controlled by House Speaker Paul Ryan — and then will be sent to the floor for a vote. More at Breitbart

In 24 States, 50 percent or more of babies are born on Medicaid

New Mexico’s days of going GOP are about over. For that matter, the America we know is about over. Meanwhile, our healthcare system is going broke because the reimbursement for all of this does not come even close to paying what it actually costs hospitals for this care. Add to this, many of these babies have had little to none prenatal care and require extensive after birth care.

In 24 States, 50% or More of Babies Born on Medicaid; New Mexico Leads Nation With 72%

(CNSNews.com) – In 24 of the nation’s 50 states at least half of the babies born during the latest year on record had their births paid for by Medicaid, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation.

New Mexico led all states with 72 percent of the babies born there in 2015 having their births covered by Medicaid.

Arkansas ranked second with 67 percent; Louisiana ranked third with 65 percent; and three states—Mississippi, Nevada and Wisconsin—tied for fourth place with 64 percent of babies born there covered by Medicaid.

New Hampshire earned the distinction of having the smallest percentage of babies born on Medicaid. In that state, Medicaid paid for the births of only 27 percent of the babies born in 2015.

Virginia and Utah tied for the next to last position, with 31 percent of the babies born on Medicaid.

Paul Ryan- Give us your tired, your poor- our borders are open

Apparently we have been taught a very nasty lesson. You think John Boehner was bad? It will turn out to have been a cake walk with what Paul Ryan has in mind. First he installs himself as someone who cannot be removed as Speaker, and now he will flood us with illegals, and foreign workers. Don’t expect him to work too hard either. Weekends off. And our Tea Party candidates? Hello? They caved for this. Here we go:

In the video, Ryan begins by adopting a left-wing narrative about GOP voters and suggesting that their opposition to mass migration is fueled by “ignorance.” Ryan rejects the idea that America is “a country”— i.e. a land with a fixed border and heritage—but instead an “idea” since ideas don’t have borders.In the wide-ranging 53 minute video, which took place in Chicago, both Gutierrez and Ryan outline their shared plan for adopting open borders: that is, a national policy of allowing companies to bring in and hire as many foreign workers as they would like. This “free movement” of people across national boundaries is the centerpiece of the open borders ideology to which Ryan has devoted much of his career.

We want to have a system where people can come here and work– go back and forth if they want to… so that we have an open door to the people who want to come and contribute to our country, who want to come and make a difference in their families’ lives, and our economy… That’s why we have all of these various principles that we agree work if we put this together… and that’s why it’s very encouraging to see Republicans and Democrats coming together on this issue.

The video is entitled: “Rep. Paul Ryan and Rep. Luis Gutierrez Push For Immigration Reform.” The two Congressional partners lay out an immigration plan that is far more radical in scope than many would have imagined, and absent from virtually all major media coverage of the Ryan speakership push. The video gives fresh insight into what legislation Paul Ryan would advance— and what legislation he would block—if given the Speaker’s gavel.

Ryan says:

[America] is not just a country. America is an idea. It’s an idea that people from all over the world to aspire to achieve… There is no other economic system, no other immigration system that has done more to lift people out of poverty than the American free enterprise system, and American immigration system that we have here. That’s what makes us proud. So the question is: what do we do to restore this? […] We’ve had plenty of waves of immigration that have always been met with resistance in the past—the Irish wave is just but one of them. Each wave is met with some ignorance, is met with some resistance.

Supreme Court slaps Obama down unanimously once again

Once again the entire Supreme Court knocks down the Obama administration. Funny, this didn’t seem to make the news. This adds up to over 20 unanimous decisions that went against him. His two Supreme picks apparently are not so ready to move to a totalitarian government.

Back to the good news:

A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against President Obama’s new deportation in a ruling Tuesday that marks the second major legal setback for an administration that had insisted its actions were legal.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Texas, which had sued to stop the amnesty, on all key points, finding that Mr. Obama’s amnesty likely broke the law governing how big policies are to be written.

“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion.

Appeals court unfriendly to Obama’s illegal immigration move

Wins are few and far between these days. But this one would stall Obama and his latest round of illegals’ reward for stopping by. Looks like the Appeals court wasn’t so friendly. Probably going to the Supremes.

Politico reports:

A federal appeals court signaled Friday that it is unlikely to allow President Barack Obama’s request to go ahead with a new round of relief for illegal immigrants, making it likely that the White House will have to take its legal case to the Supreme Court within days.

The oral arguments before the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans were being closely watched by both sides in the heated immigration debate as a sign of whether the administration will be able to move forward with its plan to grant quasi-legal status and work permits to about 4 million illegal immigrants. Notably, one Republican-appointed judge used the president’s own comments to put the Justice Department on the defensive.

Judge Jennifer Elrod. a Republican appointee, suggested that Obama’s own statements about the program undermined the federal government’s claims that immigration officials retain case-by-case discretion. She referenced a televised town hall meeting in Miami in February when Obama said that there would be consequences for government employees who ignored his directives to grant deferred action to those who are eligible.
