Russians and John Podesta and $35 Million Buckeroos – called collusion?

John Podesta and Russia Russia Russia. If you thought  Joe and Hunter Biden was raking in the dough over in the Ukraine, do I have a story to tell you about John. 

 

 

Better yet, back in the day, Marie Bartiromo interviewed Podesta about it and this was an interview to watch. She held his feet to the fires of hell, a brilliant interview.

Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign manager, John Podesta, played a central role in another potential Russian collusion scandal that has not yet been investigated.

Podesta, the former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, served on the board of Joule Unlimited, a now defunct alternative energy company, from January 2011 to January 2014. He resigned from the company’s board to accept the powerful job of Counselor to President Barack Obama.

Here is a smack down that one doesn’t get to witness very often. Marie sank her teeth into Podesta and like a good bull-dog, didn’t let up. Finally someone looks at the Clinton crime cabal. Example:

“You joined the board of a small energy company in 2011,” Bartiromo said. “Two months later a Russian entity directly funded by the Kremlin invested $35 million in the company. You were given 75,000 shares in a Russian company which you failed to disclose when you became an Obama associate.”

“Maria, that is not true. I fully disclosed and I was completely compliant,” Podesta responded.

“You are picking through my emails that were stolen from the Russians and released by WikiLeaks and creating a story that is not true,” he added.

Bartiromo continued to say he had shares in a “Russian company.”

“Go back and get your facts straight, Maria,” Podesta said.

“That’s not true, John. We know you owned 75,000 shares,” Bartiromo responded.

John Podesta, the chairman for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, was a target of WikiLeaks during the election, but Wednesday he battled with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo over his own links to Russia.

Podesta blamed the Russians when his hacked emails were published by WikiLeaks during the 2016 campaign, asserting that Moscow was working to elect now-President Donald Trump. The U.S. intelligence community has said the hack was part of a broader Russian effort to interfere in the election.

But the longtime Clinton ally, who met with the House Intelligence Committee behind closed doors on Tuesday to discuss Russian meddling, has also faced allegations that he owned shares in a Kremlin-backed energy company, Joule Unlimited.

Bartiromo pushed Podesta on his association with the company, which she said was “widely reported” to be Kremlin-backed. Podesta served on the company’s board for multiple years starting in 2011. Read More:Free Beacon

The Russian trail leads to Democrat Lobbyists The Podesta Group

It’s obscene to think that the Podestas will get immunity. There is no one more Russia Russia Russia than the Podesta group. The Clintons will be protected once more. I had intended for my Saturday Flashback post to be:

which shows there is no one more treasonous than one Bill Clinton with the seed of the present Russian collusion motif beginning there. Check it out. But what do you know, when reading it, the post circles us around back to K Street, lobbyists, the Podesta Group. So let’s do this from Forbes:

The media’s focus on Trump’s Russian connections ignores the much more extensive and lucrative business relationships of top Democrats with Kremlin-associated oligarchs and companies.

Thanks to the Panama Papers, we know that the Podesta Group (founded by John Podesta’s brother, Tony) lobbied for Russia’s largest bank, Sberbank. “Sberbank is the Kremlin, they don’t do anything major without Putin’s go-ahead, and they don’t tell him ‘no’ either,” explained a retired senior U.S. intelligence official.

According to a Reuters report, Tony Podesta was “among the high-profile lobbyists registered to represent organizations backing Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich.” Among these was the European Center, which paid Podesta $900,000 for his lobbying.

That’s not all: The busy Podesta Group also represented Uranium One, a uranium company acquired by the Russian government which received approval from Hillary Clinton’s State Department to mine for uranium in the U.S. and gave Russia twenty percent control of US uranium. The New York Times reported Uranium One’s chairman, Frank Guistra, made significant donations to the Clinton Foundation, and Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 for one speech from a Russian investment bank that has “links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.”

Let’s not leave out fugitive Ukrainian oligarch, Dymtro Firtash. He is represented by Democratic heavyweight lawyer, Lanny Davis, who accused Trump of “inviting Putin to commit espionage” (Trump’s quip: If Putin has Hillary’s emails, release them) but denies all wrongdoing by Hillary.

In his February 16 press conference, President Trump declared in response to the intensifying media drumbeat on his Russian connections: “I haven’t done anything for Russia.” K-Street lobbyists, on the other hand, have done a lot to help Russia.

They greased the skids for a strategic deal (that required the Secretary of State’s approval) that multiplied the Kremlin’s command of world uranium supplies. They likely prevented the shipment of strategic weapons needed by Ukraine to repulse well-armed pro-Russian forces. A fugitive billionaire who robbed the Ukrainian people of billions is represented by one of the establishment’s most connected lawyers. More at Forbes

Obama making U.N. climate agreement that doesn’t need congressional approval

There was a about a minute of Fox’s news time spent on this story that should be making everyone madder than hell. Most of the report was spent on Podesta, the architect of this nasty Executive Order coming down. Apparently Podesta has been at the U.N. for over at decade working on his plan of redistributing America’s wealth. Podesta, now one of the most dangerous people in the administration. President Obama’s new staff adviser, senior progressive strategist John Podesta,  is a key player in an initiative seeking more government regulation of the  oceans and the ceding of U.S. oceans to United Nations-based international law.

That background could inform Podesta’s agenda in the White House, where he is to  serve for one year as a “counselor” to the president. The New  York Times reported he will focus on executive orders and so-called climate  change issues along with Obamacare.

Last year, Obama’s Interagency Ocean Policy Taskforce, created in 2010 also  by executive order, recommended the U.S. join the U.N.’s Law of the Sea  Convention.

The Obama administration is quietly forging ahead with plans to offer up an international commitment to reduce carbon dioxide emissions to fight global warming — without congressional approval.

Reuters reports that the U.S. submitted its vision for a new international global warming agreement to the United Nations on Wednesday, suggesting a “bifurcated approach” of the 1997 Kyoto Protocol — placing different emissions targets for rich and poor countries.

“So this is just the latest example of President Obama’s contempt for obeying the Constitution and our laws,” Myron Ebell, director of the Center of Energy and Environment at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “In the past, rulers who act as if the law does not apply to them were called tyrants.”

“CEI has warned for several years that the Obama Administration would follow advice from environmental pressure groups and try to sign a new U.N. agreement that ignores the Senate’s constitutional role,” Ebell said.

“It is also worth noting that any agreement Obama negotiates will not take effect until after he leaves office, so that a future President and Congress will be stuck with the damage it does to the economy,” Ebell added. “But without Senate ratification, it should be fairly easy for a future President and Congress to dismantle.”

Dictator Obama: ‘I’ll use Executive orders and ram them down your rich throat’

What seems more than absurd, Obama telegraphs that he intends to proceed with his Dictatorship in full force, yet the GOP remains mute for the most part. Hello? Anyone out there? His themes for this year is “income inequality,” and essential unfairness in America.

OBAMA:  I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone. Uh, and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward, and I’ve got a phone that allows me to convene, uhh, Americans from every walk of life — nonprofits, businesses, uh, the private sector, uhh, universities, uh — to try to bring more and more Americans together around what I think is a unifying theme:  Making sure that, uh, this is a country where, if you work hard, you can make it.

Once again President Obama threatens to use executive orders to go around out elected officials and illicitly impose his will on the nation.

In mid-November, Mr. Podesta announced that he was establishing the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, a nonpartisan organization within the Center for American Progress, and that he would be its chairman.

The new group will study the growing inequality in incomes and economic opportunity, and promote policies to close a gap that has worsened to levels last seen in the 1920s.

Podesta, a former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, is founder of the  highly influential Center for American Progress.

He is also a member of the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative, which seeks to  ratify U.S. laws and regulations governing …

Big Corporations Among Center for American Progress Donors

If anyone still thinks that the American experiment of free markets and capitalism is still alive and well, think no more. Earlier this week, I raised the flag Obama’s Podesta wants to give the U.S oceans to the U.N. Revealed was his agenda:

On Friday, the Obama- and Clinton-allied Center for American Progress finally revealed its long-sought corporate donor list after heavy pressure arising from CAP’s quasi-lobbying history. That scrutiny ratcheted up following the announcement that CAP founder John Podesta would be formally joining the Obama administration.

And so CAP handed over the list to the leftist Huffington Post. Incredibly, its 2013 donor list contains a myriad of massive corporations, including Apple Inc., AT&T, Bank of America, BMW of North America, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Discovery, GE, Facebook, Google, Goldman Sachs, PepsiCo, PG&E, the Motion Picture Association of America, Samsung, Time Warner Inc., T-Mobile, Toyota, Visa, Walmart and Wells Fargo.
The revelation that huge corporations have been footing the bill for the CAP shatters the myth that major corporations are right-wing repositories.

What better a way to knock out future competitors than finance a socialist outfit like the Center for American Progress? Many in corporate America really don’t want free market capitalism.
