Litter Pickup program

Our litter pickup program focuses on volunteer service and education relating to quality of life, litter, recycling, and beautification. Coordinated group litter pick up events can be a fantastic service opportunity for any age–elementary, middle, high school, college, and beyond!

How it works:
Before coordinating the group litter pick up, we recommend downloading and sharing these safety guidelines with all group participants and chaperones.

Then, visit Bexley City Hall during normal business hours, and you will be able to check out all necessary supplies (safety vests, gloves, trash bags, and trash grabbers) for use. As you accumulate full bags of litter, you can drop them anywhere in the city and geotag the bag's location through our Bexley Base app for pickup. From there, we'll handle the rest!
